The secondary use of the technology employed during and to an extent after the war was to control the thoughts, movements, emotions and health of the very populations that had unwittingly financed and been a part of its development in the first place. Unofficial acknowledgement of this by vitue of its widening and blatant use during World War III would cause the first great rift between world governments and their internal populations.
But the real reason we are discussing this with you is that you need to be aware that as this evolution takes place and transforms each of you,there are indeed responsibilities that are part of the higher level of consciousness and light you are attaining. Among them is the ability to transmute what is around you. What we must insist upon here is that transmutation can take place either from a positive or a negative polarity. That is to say that it becomes extremely important to know oneself and to control one's thoughts. One's thoughts, as we have said, are acts of creation, and creation can take place in either a postiive polarity or in a negative polarity. While we do not mean to suggest good, bad, right or wrong there are certain attributes of negative polarity that will cause challenges, for negative polarity is the lack of its positive polar opposite. Thus it becomes important to understand these principles in the creation of your world, just as it becomes important to understand that what you think, you create, and you must recognize that what you focus upon invites a comparable vibration, if not the exact same thing you are focused on, into reality. We would suggest that one should focus on what one would enjoy being in one's life rather than focusing upon that which is happening based on misguided thought projection....
You are a wondrous species --one that once evolved sufficently in consciousness is destined to act as guardian, protector and co-creator of your world. Likewise, you are a miraculous being, one that has been pre-programmed genetically to carry higher vibrational frequencies, even 12th dimensional frequencies that originate from the universal origins, better known to you as God.
