On October 19th, 2017, the OSCE reported that its mandate at two Russian Checkpoints had been extended to the end of January, 2018. The Mission's mandate in Ukraine itself on March 16th was extended by one year - to 31st March 2018. This, of course, is normal considering the fact that the deployment of the OSCE in order to monitor the ceasefire is one of the points of the Minsk Agreements signed by OSCE representative Heidi Tagliavini, Ukrainian representative Leonid Kuchma, Russian representative Mikhail Zurabov, and the leaders of the DPR and LPR leaders Aleksandr Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky back in 2015. Over the course of the mandate of the OSCE its work has been both critically and positively evaluated, some saying that the Mission's aim is to simply obfuscate the source of shelling, others saying that the employees of the Mission deeply care about the situation and try their best to separate fact from fiction. Looking at the situation objectively and within the framework of proportionate perspective, it does seem that there are more questions than answers concerning the Mission's work in Donbass.

The blowing up of a OSCE vehicle earlier in 2017 certainly sent shockwaves around the organisation, putting into question the safety of its monitors in the Republics. Since then the OSCE has refused in many cases to document the results of shelling, citing their willingness to drive along roads that have not been previously declared as safe for travel. This, of course, is a convenient excuse when the culprit of the shelling of civilian areas is the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But excuses such as the example stated above are only necessary when information about events, such as shelling on residential areas (also known as war crimes), becomes known to the public. But what about events that are not reported by any media or press office?

At the disposal of Stalker Zone is information about such an unreported event: the existence of a brothel in the settlement Severodonetsk on the territory of the Lugansk People's Public occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This information was reported to Stalker Zone by a former OSCE employee - James Crawford - a former employed of the OSCE from January 31st, 2015, to November 1st, 2015, assigned to Donetsk. He was summarily separated from his contract because of exposing the falsification of reports, human trafficking, fraud, and theft committed by members of the OSCE. His website can be found here, his twitter here, Facebook here, and LinkedIn here. His credentials can be seen here. (This slideshow requires JavaScript.)

Mr Crawford insists that his time working for the OSCE in Donbass was one of the worst experiences of his life:
"My ordeal with the OSCE began in March 2015 after having been assigned to the Donetsk area as a senior advisor. It was THE most dysfunctional entity I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I have nothing to hide - I have told these miscreants at the OSCE that I will pursue this until my dying breath. They are the worst insofar as deceit, corruption, and unethical behavior that I have ever witnessed," stated the former OSCE employee to Stalker Zone.
The emails below - provided by Mr Crawford - serve as an example of the correspondence with a senior Pacific Architects and Engineers member concerning his exposure of a brothel being ran by a Balkan contingency of the OSCE out of a small house in Severodonetsk on the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic controlled by the UAF.

"Only when I exposed it did they finally shut it down, but no one was separated from a contract, fired, or disciplined. A short time thereafter, I started receiving death threats (a police report has already been sent)," stressed Mr Crawford.
In addition, Mr Crawford claims that he personally witnessed personnel of the OSCE SMM visiting a known house of prostitution in Kiev. In the end the brothel in the Lugansk region was shut down, and it is to be expected that such a thing would never happen again...

...However today, on October 20th, 2017, the Center for interaction with the public of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, following the results of the work of the hot line of the ministry, reported that the Kiev Armed Forces, together with the authorities of Severodonetsk, organized... a children's brothel at the city boarding school!
"Documents testifying to the fact that in the city of Severodonetsk a children's brothel operates, which is organized by the Ukrainian military and the occupational authorities, are at the disposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", stated law enforcement authorities.

"During the work of the hot line of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR it is established that the administration of the Severodonetsk secondary education boarding school for orphaned children forces minor pupils of both sexes to perform sexual acts with customer-pedophiles from among the military personnel [UAF - ed], law enforcement bodies, militants of nationalist battalions and representatives of the occupational administration," it is said in the message.

"At the disposal of the police of the Republic are documents about concrete crimes and their participants. Currently there is verification, upon the end of which the received materials will be published, attached to a uniform criminal case about the crimes of the Ukrainian punishers, and transferred to all interested foreign and international instances," emphasized the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.

"Unfortunately, for Ukrainian nationalists, their leaders, and masters, to simply plunder, assault, and kill the inhabitants of the Lugansk region isn't enough. Now they resort to child molestation - in full accordance with the perverted and so dear to them European liberal morals," stated the department.

"Dear citizens! If concerning you the Ukrainian punishers or their helpers committed a crime - don't remain silent. If you don't decide to call - come and make a statement to the police [of the LPR - ed]. Don't allow your torturers to escape fair punishment," urged the Center for interaction with the public.
Can it be a coincidence that another brothel was discovered in the same occupied-by-UAF city? Furthermore, does the OSCE know about the existence of this new brothel too? Will any media agency besides the ones operating inside the LDPR report about this discovery? If the behavior of UN peacekeepers in Africa is anything to go by, it can be assumed that Alexander Hug will keep silent and repeat his favourite zero-sum slogan "both sides do it"...
