What is truth anyway? The truth is the essence of something, its natural state, something as it really is. It is really a quest for love, because to truly love something we must know it for what it really is. The rainfall totals by year in California appear unnatural, between 2011 and 2014. As is somebody trimmed the storms to lay the groundwork for abuse. By far, the biggest thief is the Bureau of Reclamation, which has diverted 50 million acre feet out of it's Cascades drainage to the Sacramento valley since the 1960's. This has caused great ecological damage, ruining the once burgeoning $2 billion a year industry (1950's prices) along the State's North Coast.
Ah, but money is what it's all about, and control is derived from Power, which is worshipped.
California was supposed to be going green, but now it's going brown. Governor Jerry Brown, hailed as the maverick to save the State, is killing it.
