OF THE
TIMES
Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well... You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect...
In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read. You turn the page, and forget what you know.
I don't know any details of this case, but to offer this as being acceptable legal procedure is as absurd, irrational, and quite frankly...

who are being experimented on. Mefloquine is also administered to the prisoners in Guntanamo. Here _[Link]is some info from Seton Hall University School of Law’s Center for Policy and Research report:
" The prophylactic dose of mefloquine is 250 mg. On arrival at Guantánamo, as a matter of standard operating procedure, detainees received 1250 mg of mefloquine. The larger dose of mefloquine was administered without taking a patient history of any kind.
and then, later:
"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports, and the U.S. military concedes, that malaria is not a threat in Guantánamo."
So, it appears, that, Mefloquine is given to the soldiers in combat and the prisoners in Guntanamo for one reason only: to damage the brain and cause the PTSD symptoms. No wonder, the american soldiers are dying from suicides and the prisoners in Gunatanamo refuse to take water and food, and also dying, because they are on hunger strike at this time.
