How can one take anything seriously from an organisation such as "the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which compiles reports from a network of activists."? An organisation that works with British intelligence. It is biased from the word go.
The article even says that car bombs were going off resulting in killing people and that the various militias found the truce to be meaningless. How can democracy come from such callous people who kill people indiscriminately and who only know of violence and chaos?
