If you apply proper scientific method to the data relating to anthropogenic global warming, the myths that have been created are clearly exposed for what they are...
"There has never in human history been a greater disconnect between the basic science and what is going on at the moment... ...it is absolutely astonishing the disjunct between the politics and the socio-economics of the "green agenda".... Climate has always changed, it always will, there is nothing unusual about present day rates of change.Professor Bob Carter's presentation is an easy to understand explanation of this important issue.
Atmospheric CO2 is not a pollutant, nor is it the primary forcing cause of climate change.
Attempting to stop climate change is an expensive act of utter futility you are literally trying to stop the clouds crossing the sky." (Paraphrased)
HTH Understanding
...it were true that attempting to stop climate change was merely an expensive and futile exercise in idiocy. The truth of the matter is that it is entirely possible for us humans to affect climate on a global scale through some of the methods being proposed (or possibly actually being carried out in secret). The obvious problem with this is that if the Earth is not actually experiencing "Global Warming" but we try to cool it anyway... Well I'm sure the "people who think" on this site can put two and two together.
History is rife with examples of scientists messing with nature trying to control it, or to prevent some change that is perceived as bad. The results are always much, much worse than had they just stayed out of it. Want proof? Research the history of Yellowstone National Park, particularly the changes in the local wildlife. Or how about all those animals that were purposely brought into Australia for one reason or another?
Let us learn from our historical mistakes, and prevent future errors, especially ones on a global scale.
