In fact, McFadden further stated that the brief โ published by BuzzFeed on Tuesday โ was in fact an example of "what [U.S. intelligence officials] are calling 'unvetted disinformation,'" designed to help Trump distinguish between "analyzed intelligence" and unverified reports.
"A senior U.S. intelligence official who was involved in the preparation for the meeting tells NBC that the president-elect was not briefed on this so-called two-page addendum of these allegations against him," McFadden state. "It was part of the briefing materials available to the briefers, but it was not included because they believed it to be true. It was included for a different reason."
"It was included should they feel they needed to explain to Mr. Trump the difference between analyzed intelligence and what they are calling 'unvetted disinformation,'" she continued. "It was available for that purpose, and it never came up. Importantly, documents were never presented to Mr. Trump or his team."
Comment: The reality is that these documents were only spread to mainstream media outlets to demonize Trump and Russia. The idea that intelligence officials were just trying to help Trump is preposterous, since the media reaction to the story has been to vilify Trump and spread fake news about Russia blackmailing him. That is the story that people are going to remember, not the nonsense above about helping Trump distinguish between analyzed intelligence and unverified reports.
McFadden further stated that Trump's intelligence briefing "was an oral briefing. One reason is at Trump Tower there's no place to contain top secret documents."
"This was an oral briefing, and we are told definitively that this was not told to Mr. Trump at the time."
McFadden closed by adding that her U.S. intelligence source maintains that, "intel law enforcement officials agree that none of the investigations have found any conclusive or direct link between Mr. Trump and the Russian government, period."
McFadden's report directly contradicts reports by news outlets including CNN and the Washington Post that the addendum was delivered to Trump last week. The addendum was based on a 35-page memo that includes unconfirmed allegations against Trump. BuzzFeed published the 35-page memo Tuesday without confirming whether any of the allegations were true.
They are coming out of their closet, and proving their ignorance and expendability. Another example of 'they know not what they do'... and not in a naive way, but in classic tunnel vision fashion... they don't want to know anything that doesn't already confirm their beliefs and practices, training and innate functioning... or they simply can't... perhaps that is their real problem? They aren't able to learn from their mistakes? Like with the election, they simply didn't think they needed to stuff anymore ballot boxes than they already had planned... as if they believed some of their own fake polls... so they didn't 'go overboard', which was a mistake, obviously, and then they started the farce of a recount without factoring in their own ballot box stuffing... didn't they realize the count wouldn't confirm with the signin sheets? Are they that ignorant? It seems so....and their bosses are suffering from the same myopia... again, they know not what they do.
Now we get the same operation with the mainstream media, state media/propaganda media or 'fake news' outlets for the oligarchs running the show... they are outing themselves as idiots.... same as with the election... and no one in the PTB seem to care about the destruction of their establishment... I.E> they are allowing it to collapse as engineered... 'pull out the rug', 'bank holiday'... et al. They step back and let their minions destroy themselves..... as the Brits say, 'for shits and giggles'.... as they love to watch the destruction, same as those 'Israeli art students' on 9-11.
