Germans + Russians today would both be cannon fodder for the New World Order. Not only men, but women too, now. Who would possibly demand this?
The criminal's ideal scene is: The victim's life totally ruined so that he will never be able to rise up and fight back.
The computer "criminals" are getting caught. We can assume this means that they are not that bright. "Hacktavists" have also been caught and jailed. So, who does that leave as our "brightest" criminals? They must be people hiding in "legitimate" governments, corporations, and similar groups.
Mr. Hypponen offers no solutions.
Perhaps he is too close to the problem to see a more basic conflict at work: Honesty versus criminality.
In a totally honest game, the only victims would be the ones who wanted to be victims, because secrecy (and thus deception) would not be possible. Such a game is only possible when all players are able to know everything about all the other players. This is a a rather high spiritual ability.
On earth, among "ordinary" people, such a game can only be approximated. The more people who know what's really going on, the better approximation you get. If we have seen any hint of an improvement in recent years, it can only mean that more people are learning what's really going on.
