High Strangeness
Then, earlier this year, we learned that China sent an instrumented intelligence collection platform across the U.S. using a high-altitude balloon. It now appears this activity may also have been going on for years. In the immediate aftermath of the balloon shootdown, several other objects were also engaged and shot down by U.S. fighter aircraft. One of these, a cylindrical object floating over the Arctic, reportedly interfered with the sensor systems onboard the U.S. fighter aircraft that shot it down. This pattern of interference with sensors aboard advanced U.S. fighter aircraft has occurred in a number of cases, including a case that came to light during a recent Congressional hearing on the UAP issue.
Meanwhile, beginning in 2018, as a direct result of Congressional action, DoD began instructing personnel to report rather than conceal UAP sightings. The result has been an explosion of UAP reports. The government acknowledged 144 official UAP reports from 2004-2021. Now, less than two years later, the number is over 800 official reports. Many cases have been explained, but hundreds of cases remain unexplained. That is all strange enough, but the vast majority of these 800 reports seem to be coming from pilots and aviators rather than America's massive, multi-billion dollar automated air and space surveillance systems. This seems distinctly odd, as though NORAD and America's SSPAR radars are either failing to detect UAP or failing to report those incidents to the new All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and to Congress.
Indeed, I managed to confirm a prominent example of a UAP incident that led NORAD to scramble F-15 fighter aircraft that was not reported to AARO or Congress. This case involved a high-flying fast vehicle that overflew a large area of the Western U.S in 2018. The craft was detected by FAA radars and its location was independently confirmed by commercial airline pilots. F-15s failed to get close to the object which, as far as we know, remains unidentified. Yet, when I contacted AARO, the organization confirmed that this extraordinary case, which only came to light by chance, had not been reported to it by the Air Force. How many more cases like this have not been reported? In light of that case and the Chinese balloon mishap, and the hundreds of ongoing unexplained UAP reports, I suggest Congress balance its focus on UAP with a hard look at the performance and effectiveness of the air and space surveillance systems that we rely on to protect the nation from surprise attacks like Pearl Harbor or September 11th.
The massive air and space surveillance systems funded by the taxpayer at huge expense include the most powerful radar emitters on the planet. They closely monitor vast regions of air and space 24 hours per day 365 days per year. It is technically inconceivable that these systems do not detect anomalies from time to time. They should certainly be seeing UAP independently of fighter aircraft, yet aside from the Chinese balloon and the 3 other objects shot down in the following days, I don't know of any reports of that kind going to AARO or Congress. How come these massive and redundant systems do not seem to be independently reporting UAP? Why were they unable to supply radar data to help explain the famous Nimitz incident in 2004 when the intense UAP activity tracked by the USS Princeton for several days off the coast of Southern California was occurring almost directly in front of the giant phased array radar at Beale AFB? The most likely answer is that these systems indeed are detecting UAP on a regular basis, but NORAD is not releasing that information to Congress or the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) that Congress created to oversee UAP collection and analysis. This could simply be another case of excessive government classification, but that should not prevent members of the Armed Services and Intelligence Committees from getting answers and working to ensure this information is reaching AARO.
If America's air defense system is indeed failing to detect and report these unidentified craft, notwithstanding generous Congressional support of USAF requests for tens of billions of dollars in recent decades, don't we need to fix that? I strongly suggest Congress look closely at the sources of the over 800 military UAP reports to date to determine which sensors are proving most and least effective in monitoring U.S. airspace and detecting UAP. That is vitally important and can be easily done by simply asking the Air Force to supply the data. While they're looking into this, I also suggest Congress ask for a list of all the instances in which fighter aircraft on strip alert have been launched to intercept UAP over the last 10 years. This is important for determining how frequently these UAP are actually being detected, where incidents are occurring, and the outcomes of these attempted intercepts. This is another easy-but-important-ask for evaluating the performance of America's air defense systems and the frequency and nature of UAP intrusions.
The tragedies of Pearl Harbor and September 11th both involved failures of our air defense systems. The extraterrestrial hypothesis is a valid and serious issue, but that controversial topic should not distract Congress from its important duty to assess the effectiveness of America's air and space surveillance systems. From a national security standpoint, the country needs to know how effectively this massive and complex system is functioning. That won't happen until Congress presses for answers regarding the performance of systems whose effectiveness have recently been brought into doubt by the Chinese balloon incident and the soaring number of UAP reports from U.S. military personnel. Answers to these questions could also provide substantial new insights into the nature and extent of UAP activity over the U.S.
Comment: Mellon knows more than he is letting on here. These systems do detect and track UAP, and that data is being withheld from AARO, and the public.

What's up with America's multi-billion dollar air defense systems? They are crap.
Multi-billion-$$$ crap, but crap nonetheless.
Just carefully assess their actual combat performance, from Iraq, through Serbia, to (especially) the Ukraine.
Why only North Korea and Iran? Because those are the only 2 threats in the world.
I'm not saying Aliens don't exist, they likely do or did, or will..They're just not here now.
Think of all the 4k or better cameras in common use by civilians everywhere on the planet for the past 10 or so years. If ET wanted to say hello, he would.
I agree, So many High resolution digital cameras in the hands of everyone and all we ever see is blurred un focused pictures.Modern picture formats like JPEG are are spectre-based, and not directly pixel-based. This allows for a much more aggressive compression and smaller file sizes.
The "downside" is, editing ("photoshopping") leaves invisible traces, since cut/pasted parts from other images keep their palette and noise levels, which can be easily detected with special tools.
And here the UFO fakers use the sledgehammer solution - just degrade the overall image quality, until no manipulation traces are visible anymore.
As a side note, I regularly use GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program) for posting images on fora. It can arbitrarily scale the JPEG quality of photos down. A reduction to e.g. 33% reduces image size by one order of magnitude, without visible impact on quality.

Dig up some of David M. Jacobs, Ph.D. many books on the topic. Here's a Wikipedia [Link] where in part we read:
As a faculty member of the Department of History at Temple University, Jacobs specialized in history of 20th-century American popular culture. He stated that his current research interests "involve a delineation of the role of anomalous experiences in personal and cultural life." For over 25 years Jacobs taught a course on "UFOs in American Society."He wrote such as: "Walking Among Us _ The Alien Plan to Control Humanity", "The THREAT — The Secret Agenda - What the Aliens Really wnat and How They Plan to Get It", "UFOs and Abductions — Challenging the Borders of Knowledge" and others.
Then from 2014 there's this
Are alien-human 'hybrids' already walking among us? Indeed, claims retired professor David Jacobs
The way David M. Jacobs sees it, aliens from outer space have been kidnapping humans for aeons and sexually molesting them to create human-alien hybrids that walk among us today undetected and...And for further commentary, see the Cs of July 29, 2023 [Link] where we read:
(Ze Germans) How many humans/humanoids from the underground civilization are on the surface of the Earth at the moment?
(L) Who asked this question?
(Chu) The Germans.
(L) Germans. They ask weird stuff like that. How many humans/humanoids from the underground? So, how many?
A: Varies with circumstances, but average is about 2 to 2.5 million.
Q: (Andromeda) Walking around up top.
(Joe) And do these people know who they are? I mean...
A: Of course!
Q: (Joe) Okay. And do they have a mission that they're aware of? Do they know why they're walking around?
A: Indeed. Usually acting as "handlers" or agents provocateur.
Q: (Joe) So from our perspective, their mission, it would be nefarious?
A: Yes

Prior to Aliens we had demons and ghosts. Before abductions there were possessions.
Of course I can't prove it one way or another. But think if there were really 2+ million aliens living amongst us, wouldn't there be some major slipups over time?
It could potentially also be both, world gov't using a fabricated Aliens narrative for their own purposes AND some green buggers cloaked amongst us... I just need some evidence of the later...
Introduction: The Back Story
During a hypnosis session in 2003, Bernard Davis told me an absurd story. He said he went to a Baltimore Orioles baseball game with his close friend, Eric. Yet Bernard knew nothing about Eric. He did not know his last name, where he came from, where he lived, what he did for work, or how he had met him. However, he and Eric had been close friends for more than seventeen years. Bernard even showed me a 1995 photograph of Eric—an ordinary-looking man in his thirties sitting with Bernard on a fishing boat in Brazil.
Over the years, abductees have told me about having “special friends” like Eric who befriended them in childhood and continued to visit them for decades onboard an unidentified flying object (UFO) or in strict privacy on Earth. But Bernard’s relationship with Eric was different. Rather than meeting only onboard or in secret, they spent time together in public. They often met at restaurants; they drove to various places; they met in different countries during Bernard’s business trips; they went sightseeing. They also had long talks about how to live in human society. The problem is that Eric is a hybrid—a mixture of alien and human.
Just a few years before, I would have considered Bernard’s baseball story pure unconscious fabrication. This type of public human/ hybrid interaction did not fit the descriptions I had heard since I began doing abduction research. But soon after Bernard started having sessions with me, other abductees began to give similar accounts of public interactions with hybrids. They were relating something new and alarming. Not only were they engaging in activities with aliens and adult hybrids onboard UFOs; they were also having complex public interactions with late-adolescent and young-adult hybrids who were all focused on one goal—assimilating into human society. Several abductees had their own “Erics.” Bernard’s story about attending a baseball game with Eric was consistent with my other findings. My research had uncovered a substantial presence of hybrids living on Earth.
This book tells how I came to this seemingly ridiculous conclusion. It builds upon my previous books and on my fifty years of research in the UFO and abduction field. To have a foundation for processing the information in this book, it may help to have a brief review of my research and other books, which I have given in the appendix. This book will illustrate how hybrid aliens are integrating themselves into human society and their strategies for achieving their goals. The narrative is based on interviews with fourteen abductees—a small fraction of the 1,150 abduction events I have investigated over the years. Their testimony has led me to some surprising conclusions.
My thinking on the subject of alien integration has evolved as my knowledge has widened. I now know enough to theorize about who these beings are and what they are doing. Unfortunately, I still do not know the ultimate reason they are doing it—the “why.” At the end of this book, I provide some possible explanations. But the “why” remains the last great unanswered question in abduction and UFO research.
In this book, I will examine our current and previously unknown knowledge of the abduction phenomenon. Chapter 1 explores the testimony of abductees and how we are able to explore their experiences. Chapter 2 redefines abductions, describes who abductees are, outlines their function within the alien program, discusses alien goals in detail, and begins to delve into the progression of their abduction program. Chapter 3 outlines onboard training and assessment for young hybrids who will eventually integrate into human society. Chapter 4 describes training and assessment for older hybrids. Chapter 5 details hybrid visits into abductees’ homes to become familiar with human living. Chapter 6 shows how abductees are helping hybrids move into their apartments and training them in “real life” situations. Chapter 7 identifies the various problems of hybrid adjustment. Chapter 8 discusses how hybrids learn about the complexities of human relationships. Chapter 9 explains how abductees are trained to do aliens’ work and thus gives us a glimpse of the future. Chapter 10 speculates about the alien program’s meaning. Historians normally do not use conditional words like could, would, should, may, might, and probably, but I will use them throughout the book.
Ultimately, this book is not about abductions. It is about the aliens’ program and the niche that abductees have within it. My research into the program has revealed it in greater detail than ever before. Though the aliens themselves are mysterious, nothing about their activities is beyond understanding. And with more evidence, we will learn more. I hope that this book will be a step in that direction.
I'll have to check out one of his books... I don't think I've read those particular ones....
DeliciousTears It's a good story but again it just seems like fiction....and Jacobs says exactly that. I'll grant you it's hard to believe but he's by no means the only one reporting such things.
In both instances they were either shut down, or instructed not to respond. If there was anything physical to respond at all.
This author doesn't know what he is talking about! I worked at one of these PAVE PAWS radar sites. They are run by computers. They are looking for targets in orbit or on ballistic trajectories (SLBM). They are NOT looking for any type of aircraft. Even though the radar signal may have a return from an atmospheric source such as an aircraft, the computers will identify it as NOT being a ballistic or orbital trajectory and will not even display such a return in the system. This article is nothing but click bait!
In light of the fiasco formerly known as Ukraine, we are seeing that most of the equipment produced by the MIC is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Someone has been raking in profits for decades whether the stuff works or not... and that's all good when you keep telling yourself that you're the only superpower on the block... until you ain't.
