Tusk travel buddy from the Egypt 2020 Expedition, Jimmy Corsetti of Bright Insight, appeared last week on The Joe Rogan Experience, the most popular conversation on planet earth. The Younger Dryas Impact was a frequent subject. This single clip was viewed by over 3 million people.

Not to be outdone, Comet Research Group resident Neo-Catastrophist astronomer, and popular Scottish author, Dr. Bill Napier, pre-published a suspense thriller on Kindle a couple of days ago devoted to the Younger Dryas Impact. The paperback is coming in 2022, but Bill decided to get ahead of the Netflix blockbuster "Don't Look Up!," and the attention it will bring to comet impacts.

The Younger Dryas event is a fact.

The impact (as root cause) is only a theory. Which is contradicted by several facts.

I suspect deliberate obfuscation attempts from "unknown" sides here. Because an impact can be reduced to a stochastic effect. The EM universe theory which predicts a solar micronova caused by spatial EM fields in the galaxy implies periodicity.

And the next periodic event seems overdue ...

codis Correct! The picture is the known as the the Richat structure, or the 'eye of the Sahara'. Various attributions are made to it being the remnants of Atlantis, or, as per this article, an impact structure. However, Billy Yelverton as well as other plasma physicists have duplicated this very structure in the lab using plasma discharges.

I will posit the known suggestion that what we are seeing here is an inter-planetary electric discharge point, possibly from the time when either a large asteroid, or even, Venus, or the moon passed too close to Earth. The EU theory also posits that the Grand Canyon, which has also been duplicated via plasma discharge, is also due to such an event.

Both the Thunderbolts Project and Suspicious 0bservers offer many videos and peer reviewed papers on this subject for those who are truly interested in understanding the true nature of our universe that has been withheld from all humanity for far too long.

isc6822 Another point is, there are many similar craters/structures on different and opposing places on earth, and impact theory has a very hard time explaining the necessary complex trajectories. Being it a swarm of impactors, or result of a hypothesized break-off.

Whilst the Plasma Boys get dizzy with their theories, Earth has battle scars, and there testament to impacts, not plasma hitting Earth.

Debating trajectories is liken to throwing a dog a bone, it goes everywhere.

Winternights3 I just pick up facts, and choose the theory which has the least (or no) contradictions. And, for example, experimental reproduction of an effect - even in smaller scale in a lab - is a supportive fact.

Planet Earth has experienced many bombardments, so have the other planet's within our Solar System and our Sun absorbs comets on a yearly basis.

Near Earth Objects are on the increase and another collision is inevitable.

Those impacts Earth has absorbed have all resulted in various degrees of devastation, many being cataclysmic events, reshaping Earth's landscape and reseting the evolutionary clock.

The Younger Dryas was such an event, sufficient in magnitude to alter Earth's atmosphere and wiped out advanced civilisations.

the resulting blast melted rock, turning its surface to glass, it displaced established infrastructures with the greatest of ease, and prompted the return of a mini Ice age.

There is speculation as to the type of event that caused the Dryas event, a meteor/ comet would fit, given Earth's previous bombardments, a interstellar event is plausible too, I personally believe it was a meteor that hit Earth.

Earth's last two skirmishes with Near Earth Objects was in 1927, the Tunguska Blast and 2013, the Chelyabjnsk meteor.

The ocean of air and plasma above us protects us from all material objects, bar planet sized ones. The charge exchanges destroy, by explosion, every entrant, triggering discharges at right angles to the surface of the Earth as that is the shortest distance. The discharges are circular and often have a small mound near the centre.

The explosion scatters the parts of the object, which then land at terminal velocity. There are no oblique craters on the Earth, yet nearly all meteorites intersect at an acute angle.

Data is presented that indicates the Younger Dryas (cold period) was both initiated and terminated in one year by the impact of large comets or meteorites just as the late Royal Astronomer, Sir Fred Hoyle predicted. An impact by a stony (core) comet caused the former and an iron core one the latter. This latter impact event also caused the Atlantis catastrophe. The impact(s?) resulted in a region near western Cuba sinking slowly, some of it into the Yucatán channel. An impressive city that was likely related to this legendary civilization sank along with it. Corresponding sea level increases after the abrupt termination of this thousand year Ice Age has further hidden these structures.Contrary to a recent NASA announcement, a large Jovian like object (dubbed Vulcan herein) is responsible for generating comet or meteor swarms, strikes from which both initiated and ended the Bølling interstadial and Younger Dryas periods. This object's orbital period defines an astronomical resonate interval that can accurately associate recent (dendroclimatology) weather changes with ten thousand year earlier (ice core deduced) ones. The dates of the initiating and termination of these periods has been precisely determined by ice core data. The same precise dates can also be accurately determined by astronomical projections from impacts from the same comet clusters in the third century AD, the eighth century BC and the third millennium BC. This astronomical model also offers an estimation of the time and type of natural disaster Earth may soon be facing (as alluded to by departing DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano). An impact event like the one initiating the Younger Dryas Ice Age is anticipated.

3. METEOR/COMET BOMBARDMENT AFFECTS ON EARTH Vulcan's elliptical orbit causes periodic bombardment of the Earth by comets drawn from the Oort cloud. Sir Fred Hoyle, Britain's royal astronomer, proposed that meteors (or comets) are responsible for both the rapid onset and termination of Ice Ages as well as the variations of global ice levels found in the Pleistocene. Normally, the oceans act as a gigantic heat engine, forming water vapor that moves north and south with the winds. When it rains or snows, heat is released, warming the mid- latitudes. Stony meteors are five to ten time more common than metal ones.46 Strikes more than 300 meters in size would throw a thousand times their mass into the high atmosphere. Half-micron size debris could remain aloft for over ten years causing the oceans to cool, losing their reserves of heat. Fine ice crystals, which naturally form when temperatures drop below minus 40 deg. C, would no longer be held at bay by heat rising from the Earth. They would reflect much of the Sun's radiation back into space causing the Earth to remain suspended in an Ice Age. Less frequent Iron meteor strikes form both stony and heat absorbing metallic dust that prevent the fine ice crystals from forming. The Earth would warm signaling the start of an interglacial period. Such a strike would quickly melt ice and define a world - wide catastrophe. It could be responsible for the extinction of 32 genera of megafauna (MF) around 11,600 YA (Years Ago) at the end of the Pleistocene.48 The rapid thaw melted the permafrost turning their tundra into a huge bog. This is why these giant mammals (e.g. wooly mammoths) are found buried upright. Well fed on, they sank as the ground beneath them flooded and thawed.49 Hoyle claims meteor strikes at irregular intervals averaging 10,000 year. These impacts are postulated to be synchronized to (and the cause of) the zigs and zags found in this Vulcan paper's Figure 11.

Well... here's the perfect video on this subject, and it shows that it isn't necessary to have another celestial body to pass by closely, but, rather, that a major solar flare or micro-nova could induce large currents in the magnetic fields of a planet and cause a Very large discharge.
