Colorado Springs woman with stage 5 kidney disease refused transplant because of vaccine status

An El Paso County woman says she won't be able to get a kidney transplant through UCHealth because she's not vaccinated against COVID-19.

Leilani Lutali learned of this after receiving a letter, dated Sept. 28, from the UCHealth Transplant Center at its Anschutz Medical Campus:
"The transplant team at University of Colorado Hospital has determined that it is necessary to place you inactive on the waiting list. You will be inactivated on the list for non-compliance by not receiving the COVID vaccine. You will have 30 days to begin the vaccination series. If your decision is to refuse COVID vaccination you will be removed from the kidney transplant list. You will continue to accrue waiting time, but you will not receive a kidney offer while listed inactive. Once you complete the COVID vaccination series you will be reactivated on the kidney transplant list pending any other changes in your health condition."

Comment: First they said it was no jab no leisure activities, then they said no jab no job, then they said no jab no life-saving medical treatments. Welcome to the two-tier society folks!

To Lutali, a recruiter for tech companies, it seems like her hospital was so insistent on saving her from COVID-19 that is is willing to let her possibly die by blocking her transplant surgery.

Lutali, who does not belong to a denomination, said she does not live in fear of dying because of her belief in the afterlife. She is searching for another hospital, possibly in Texas or Florida, where she could get a transplant without being vaccinated.

"I have hope that something will come along that is something I can live with in terms of my choices," she said.

ะœedical professionals are facing threats to their careers and livelihoods for challenging COVID-19 orthodoxy, while an oft-censored Harvard Medical School professor is facing his latest Big Tech kerfuffle.

The University of California put psychiatrist and bioethics professor Aaron Kheriaty on "investigatory leave" after he sued the university system for refusing to recognize natural immunity such as his among exemptions to its COVID vaccine mandate.

Writing in the Wall Street Journal, Kheriaty had previously invoked the post-Nazi Nuremberg code in urging universities to abandon their mandates.

In his personal newsletter Wednesday, Kheriaty said he'll lose half his income while on so-called paid leave, because he's banned from "seeing my patients, supervising resident clinics, and engaging in weekend and holiday on-call duties."

His contract also bans him from working as a physician outside the UC system to recoup his revenue loss.
"The University may be hoping this pressure will lead me to resign 'voluntarily,' which would remove grounds for my lawsuit," Kheriaty wrote.

Comment: In order to keep their lies they must go against everybody that is telling the truth or dare to suspect and question their lies. Totalitarian grip over humanity is getting stronger every single day.

Project Veritas released the fifth video in its COVID vaccine investigative series today featuring a sit-down interview with Pfizer insider, Melissa Strickler. She leaked internal emails that show corporate executives telling staff to be secretive about the use of human fetal tissue in laboratory testing of the COVID vaccine.

Pfizer's Chief Scientific Officer, Philip Dormitzer, admits aborted fetus tissue is used in the company's vaccine program, but that employees should just stick with Pfizer's polished narrative omitting any mention of aborted fetal tissue to avoid any issues with the public.

"HEK293T cells, used for the IVE assay, are ultimately derived from an aborted fetus," Dormitzer said. "On the other hand, the Vatican doctrinal committee has confirmed that they consider it acceptable for Pro-Life believers to be immunized. Pfizer's official statement couches the answer well and is what should be provided in response to an outside inquiry."

At a pretrial hearing on Tuesday, a use-of-force expert stated that Kyle Rittenhouse's actions during the riots in Kenosha, Wisc., in August 2020 were justified. Rittenhouse shot three men during that rioting, two of those men, Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, died from their injuries.

Expert John Black testified that video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse before reaching for the defendant's gun, Huber attacking Rittenhouse with his skateboard and attempting to wrestle away the gun, and Gaige Grosskreutz, who was injured, running at Rittenhouse armed with a pistol, according to WQAD 8.

"A citizen in that position, given those indicators, would it be reasonable for them to believe they were about to be assaulted?" Black stated. "I would argue yes."

Black spent hours at the pretrial hearing describing the moments that led to the shootings, offering a preview of the defense team's strategy when the trial begins next month.

An Ontario town prohibits engaged couples who have chosen not to take the COVID shots from obtaining a marriage license.

Oakville's regulations require that anyone who wants a marriage license from now on must show proof of inoculation. "Appointments for marriage licenses and ceremonies that have already been booked prior to September 22 will not require proof of full vaccination," the city website says. "[H]owever, any new appointments for marriage licences [sic] and ceremonies will be required. Ceremonies will be held inside town hall as of November 4, 2021."

A marriage license is required to get legally married in Canada, meaning that Oakville's rules effectively prohibit people who refuse the COVID shots from tying the knot. Couples cannot obtain a license online. "You must schedule an appointment to receive your marriage licence," the city's website says. "To be eligible for an appointment, please ensure that the intended date of your marriage is finalized and you have an officiant that has agreed to perform the marriage."

However, even proof of vaccination may halt plans to legally wed. "When you arrive at Town Hall for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to complete a COVID-19 self-assessment," the city said. "If you do not successfully meet the screening criteria, you will not be allowed to enter the building and your appointment will be cancelled."

The real story behind Facebook's terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week

Facebook suffered a massive outage on Monday. At the same time a high profile "whistleblower" has come forward to dish the FB dirt. These two things have combined to create a perfect storm of narrative portraying Mark Zuckerberg's company as a monster in desperate need of slaying by some deft government intervention.

But to what extent is that story contrived? Is Facebook willingly going along with it? And what does it mean for the rest of the internet?

What happened?

For several hours on Monday afternoon Facebook - and its subsidiaries Instagram and Whatsapp - were completely offline. Rumours circulated that large portions of the social media giant had been totally deleted. Others suggested it was a cyber attack.

Facebook itself insists there was no attack, and that it was purely an engineering error, but of course no tech company would ever admit to being vulnerable to a hack.

There's always the possibility the whole event was staged of course. Either way, the timing is very suspicious.

There are a lot of assumptions and misconceptions when it comes to the notion of a second civil war within the US. What I see most often is the argument that the political left has "already won" the war without firing a shot and that a rebellion would be crushed under the heel of a newly a-wokened military industrial complex and a leftist controlled federal government. The problem is, this argument is extremely naive and ignores the bigger picture.

I think there are a couple of reasons why certain people press the leftist supremacy theory: First, they greatly fear the idea of a kinetic war breaking out and find the idea of combat repellent. So, they act as if a shooting war cannot ever be won. They hide their fear behind a veil of "rationalism" and thin hopes of a completely passive resistance. They figure that if they can't fight and win, then no one else can fight and win.

Second, the motives of some of these people are more nefarious than fearful. One of the primary functions of 4th Generation (psychological) warfare is to convince a target population that "resistance is futile." If you can make them believe that winning is impossible then they may not fight at all, and thus the prophecy is self fulfilling.

Luckily this method of propaganda does not seem to be working on a large number of Americans. That said, there are many layers to the scenario of civil war. While the extreme cultism of leftists is relegated to a small percentage of the population, they are supported by almost every major institution in our nation. The federal government supports and protects them. Some state and local governments support and protect them. The mainstream media avidly sings their praises. Most corporations and Big Tech platforms support them and spread social justice doctrine along with them. And, all globalist foundations support, organize and even fund them.

As the capital of Kabul descended into chaos, the CIA managed to destroy all sensitive materials at its compound at the Ariana hotel prior to departing.

Operatives reportedly deployed the "vulcan fire," option, a multi-stage thermocorrosive chemical destroyer, to obliterate anything that the U.S. did not want to fall into the enemy's hands.

However, important and sensitive material was left behind a short distance away at the U.S. embassy.

Former Amazon worker sues over unpaid time required for Covid-19 screenings

A former Amazon warehouse employee has filed a lawsuit claiming the online retail giant violated Colorado state law by not paying for time taken to get Covid-19 tests.

According to the suit, Amazon required employees to take unpaid time to meet their requirements for having positive Covid-19 tests.

The federal lawsuit claims employees have been required since March 2020 to undergo health screenings before they clock in at work. To actually make their punch-in time, employees would have to arrive early to deal with long lines and delays. The process could take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes to complete.

Beyond the pandemic, the suit claims putting in time off the clock is a regular business practice for Amazon, which requires workers to complete tasks before actually clocking in. Colorado law requires employees to be paid whenever they are performing labor or services on their employer's premises, the complaint says.
