Description: I was driving home along the bypass into Clacton on Sea and saw 4 orange lights in the sky. 3 in a triangle and 1 following a short distance behind. I had to turn off and didn't give them a second thought until I got close to home. I got to the junction of Rosemary road and St Johns road and would normally turn right, however I saw the same lights to the left so yes I turned left. I drove maybe quarter mile and pulled over to video with my phone. Suddenly several more lights came from the direction of the sea, all following each other.

Description: While stop at an intersection viewed several lights light up slowly in the north west direction just above the the tree line approx. 400 ft away.

Weather Conditions: Crystal clear night. Half moon.

Description: My wife & myself were laying out in our backyard looking for satellites passing overhead. Suddenly, in the north east sky we both noticed 2 very dim stationary stars suddenly start to brighten into two, very bright white star like objects. One second they were not there, & within a couple of seconds they were both brighter than a bright white star nearby which made the trio of objects into a triangular shape.

Description: While traveling from east Perth into the city I observed what I initially thought to be the landing lights of an aircraft quite high in the western sky moving from the south to the north at a slow speed. As the object moved past and began tracking away from my position the brilliance of the light didn't diminish nor was it accompanied by any of the usual strobing lights found on typical aircraft (white or coloured).

Shape of Objects: 1st: V shaped; 2nd: strange jumping light.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was in my driveway at about 9:15 pm on April 26, 2009 and saw a large V shaped object flying over our home. There were 2 lights on the front (open part of V shape) and 1 light at rear (where the V shape comes to a point) It appeared to be a clear object, however there was a darker outline around it. There were 2 other adults present that also saw this object so I do not question that I saw it. I just question what "it" was.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Last night I was sitting on my deck enjoying a midnight snack, strawberry and chocolate with my lover. When I looked up, I saw this object flying through the sky. I didn't know what it was at first, so I jumped up and grabbed my camera and took some pictures. Then my hubby realized what it really was, a UFO. It was circular and had blue lights.

England: UFO sighting in Kings Langley?

Strange orange balls of light in the night sky have been reported over Kings Langley.

Sheri and Bob Stephens of Coniston Road were left puzzled after seeing a cluster of lights flying over their house on Thursday evening.

About 20 lights were spotted gliding towards Hemel Hempstead at 9.30pm.

Mrs Stephens described: "They were coming from the Watford area. The lights had no formation or sound and were flying as fast as an aircraft.

UFO sightings in Malaysia

Kosmo! reported that Tanjung Sepat in Selangor and Sungai Petani, Kedah are said to be the places with the most sightings of unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

It also said 140 cases of UFOs were seen in Malaysia during the past 30 years.

Amateur UFO enthusiast Ahmad Jamaluddin, who has studied the phenomenon since 1978, claimed that UFOs had been seen in Malaysia usually at night.

He added that the UFOs would be seen in waves about every 10 years, with the last major sighting made in 2001.

The UFO Traffic Report for Monday, April 27, 2009, includes 14 selected sightings over nine states, according to witness statements filed in the past 48 hours with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will update this page. You can read my selected cases by type of UFO report at the UFO Traffic Report main page. These reports are unedited.

First up are three cases of unusual orange-colored lights. A California witness reports six lights flying in formation that stop, break formation, and revolve around each other, before moving on. The Texas case over Austin involves up to 50 lights, some flying in a triangular formation. And an Ohio case nicknamed the "Flying Pumpkin" for its orange color makes a repeat performance at low altitude.

The San Francisco witness, reflecting back on the experience, had this to say to The UFO Examiner: "I had a feeling that whatever the object was, it was a sinister element. Deep in my heart/soul, whatever you want to call it, I felt that this was some ancient malevolence/evil. I had the feeling of wanting to hide from it, and found myself holding my breath as I watched it move across the sky."

UFO reports similar and a decade apart

Two UFO reports nine years apart and separated by the Atlantic Ocean seem to be connected by similarities in witness descriptions of the observed craft.

On Monday, Sept. 4, 1989, a witness in Ardingly, W. Sussex, England, watched as an object came out of the southwest sky and traveled directly overhead at 9:04 p.m. The same object returned and moved back along the same path at 9:20 p.m., according to recently released British UFO files.

The craft was approximately 125 to 175 feet in length, and between 100 and 150 feet wide, according to notations on a drawing that the witness provided. There were two "very powerful" front lights pointing forward, and a string of red and green lights along both sides, with two large circular rear lights.

The witness, who was outside and standing in a field facing southwest, called Gatwick Airport to report the strange craft, and indicated there were other witnesses. Visibility was good with minimum cloud cover.
