A second witness has come forward from Ohio with a similar report after a March 28 sighting there.

We previously reported that an Ohio woman watched "unusual lights" in the sky March 28 at 3 a.m. She said the lights were rotating on a horizontal axis and were red and green. They were similar to chaser lights, she said, and blinking about 120 times per minute. While the disc-shaped object appeared to be hovering just above I-75, it then slowly descended behind some hills.

The second witness described a similar object on the same date, but between 9 and 10 p.m. - 18 hours after the first sighting. She described the object as rounded, with three lights.

The two witnesses are in different Ohio towns.

In Virginia on March 29, two different witnesses from the Chesapeake area reported a flash in the sky followed by a loud "boom" sound.

In Washington, a witness reported that on March 8, he saw a cigar-shaped object in the distance over wooded hills. "It was not the typical fat stogie-like cigar shape," the witness stated, "'but rather a long silver colored tube with edges rounded in front and back. I could also barely make out two small blotches of red at even distances from the front and back."

In Maryland on March 29, a witness reported a baseball-sized fireball with a bright green flame.

Ohio, March 28, 2009 - Saw a disc object flying over tree tops, rotating around area, not in same path as airplane, had blinking lights, moving very slow and erratic.Watched with binoculars-(10x50 288 ft. at 1000 yds,96m at 1000m).Only reporting because I'm sure of what I saw.

It was approx. 9-10pm. I was looking outside while I was on my laptop, and saw an airliner with usual path, then a lot higher was this other blinking slower and moving slower than an airplane, object. I grabbed my binoculars, and watched it move east from west and I'm not sure if it was rotating - as I had thought, but I was sure it was a rounded object with 3 lights, 2 blinking 1 red, 1 green. As I was trying to follow it, it was zipping back and forth so quick that if I had not propped the binoculars (as I moved to the other bigger window to follow it at this point) it would had probably not looked like it was zipping back and forth to anyone else. Anyways, I wasn't going to report it because I see these government and what not operated objects very often. I just wanted to bring some relief to the other person in Ohio wherever they live that I saw something similar as well. My case worker is Connie McNichols. I'm not concerned if i hear from mufon or not, like I said, I see these things so often it gets annoying. If anyone else from Ohio see's these things, and wants to seriously talk, my email is jenbobsquarepants83@yahoo.com.

Virginia, March 29, 2009 - Blue Flash of Light followed by orange sparks

I was driving home from a friends house and I noticed what looked like lightning flashes in the sky above my car. I stopped and got out to get a better look and at the same time the whole night sky lit up in a bluish color and I saw something burning followed by these large orange sparks falling from behind the objects path. It all was followed by a large boom and disappeared. I thought maybe it looked a little bit like a flare but only the sparks and I myself have shot flares in the past while in the Coast Guard and none of them ever flew and reacted like the object I saw just then. When I got home a friend confirmed that he heard the boom and that it shook his house. His son saw the sky flashing and now I see that the news channels have reported it on the 11oclock news as their top story. It may have been a meteorite but who knows for sure. All I know is that it was pretty exciting to witness and be a part of.

Virginia, March 29, 2009 - a flash as if it was lighting with a very loud boom...it sounded light thunder...I heard it twice with in a minute

I was outside enjoying the evening.. 821 Dolph Cir Chesapeake, Virginia (not to far from Fentress air force base) We hear jets all the time and do not think a thing about it. Tonight 3-29 it was very windy outside... and I was outside enjoying the evening and checking on my new plants. I thought I had seen a flash of some sort in the sky (though I was not looking at the sky) and then follow with a boom sound unlike the jets we have in the area. Within a few seconds later I heard the second boom not as loud. I did look up to the sky seeing nothing at this time, though it did not sound anything like the jets flying as usual. This did not sound like thunder...after that there was nothing...I later heard on the news others had heard or witness what I had.

Washington, March 8, 2009 - Watched a cigar-shaped object fly from east to west.

I received this report via e-mail from Mr. Krusee. I had prior contact with him when he filed a UFO report with MUFON in 2007.

In his e-mail, he stated that at 1740 hours on 3-8-2009, he saw a cigar-shaped object fly in a straight course from east to west over the distant wooded hills.

He described the craft as follows: "It was not the typical fat stogie-like cigar shape, but rather a long silver colored tube with edges rounded in front and back. I could also barely make out two small blotches of red at even distances from the front and back."

I am attempting further contact with Mr. Krusee for an in-depth interview.

Maryland, March 29, 2009 - Baseball-sized fireball with a bright green flare.

1. I was on Waugh Chapel Rd., driving home.

2. A bright light in the sky made me notice the object.

3. When I first saw the object I thought it was a missle of some sort, but it was far too small to be a missle.

4. The object was a fireball about the size of a baseball/volleyball and it was very bright with a green flare trailing behind. It was falling straight down to earth at a very high speed.

5. At first I was very concerned that maybe it was a weapon of some sort and was initially expecting detonation of some sort. I drove toward the area I thought the object impacted. I was unable to find it or any signs of where it landed. Also, I was unable to take any pictures or video of this because I didn't have a camera on hand and even if I did there would not have been enough time since it was moving so fast.

6. I lost sight by the object falling to fast for me to keep up with.

Looking Back: March 15, 2002 - Three Craft in Tight Formation Zig-Zagging over Katy, Texas.

Getting home after running an errand, and just before turning into my driveway, I noted three craft at very low altitude and in a very tight pattern traveling North-Northwest over the empty block across from my house. I observe aircraft all the time day and night as a bit of a hobby, and my first reaction was, "Those craft are definitely flying lower than the 500 feet minimum."

I made a full stop and jumped out of my car. The craft were traveling at about 20-25 mph. The one nearest me, less than 100 yards away, made an instantaneous stop over the apartment complex NW from my house. After about 2 seconds, it popped out of its hovering position into a new direction, perhaps 20ยฐ more Easterly. I managed to see one of the other craft perform a like maneuver. It seemed that the three craft were performing a zig zagging pattern designed to incorporate stops over targets of interest. The "popping out" of the stationary position that I described above reminded me of when you try to smoothly move a handle from its position, when that handle is held in place by a spring-loaded ball which is in a pocket; what's called a "detent". Try as you might, there's always a bit of an over-acceleration of the handle as you pop the ball out of the pocket. (This information may aid our engineers in reverse-engineering their technology, I would think.)

The craft were identical in size and shape. At the bottom were 4 bright, rounds areas, which initially struck me as windows during the event. Now the critical observations from an engineer's mind (mine) regarding this: The crafts stopped INSTANTANEOUSLY, not very quickly, nor really really really quickly. They stopped absolutely at an instant in time. Clearly, any living beings in those craft would have had to have enjoyed a separate gravity "bubble", so as to be fully protected from the unbelievable acceleration/deceleration the craft exhibited.

The four pods on the underside of the craft had what seemed to be of a color at the moment of observation, yet within seconds after the observation, I couldn't for the life of me remember the color!! I realized a few days later that the pods had to have been the actuators of the anti-gravity drive, and that they were lighted due to ionization of the air at a certain boundary layer. The inability to discern color was due to the fact that that boundary layer is an altered state of our space/time reality.

The craft made no sound whatsoever. None. The directions and speed of the craft were ABSOLUTE. I mean that the craft were traveling in absolute directions and at an absolute speed. All I can say is that if you ever witness this, you will know what I mean. I stayed outside for a good 10 minutes afterwards, just to make sure my powers of observation were not altered in some way.

After hearing dogs barking in the distance, and seeing commercial aircraft flying high overhead, and seeing cars driving down the roads, I parked the car properly and went into my home. The question that kept coming into my head was, "Who ARE we?", not who were they, or anything like that, but just who the hell are WE. I had the sense that they knew that I was observing them, but that it gave them no concern whatsoever, and that I was of no interest to them.

I think that they were checking up on particular individuals of interest, much like a rancher might fly his helicopter over his cattle to look for particularly marked animals.
