New Zealand High Court ENDS Jacinda Ardern's vaccine mandate: "It's a gross violation of human rights"

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern was left reeling on Friday after a High Court ruled that her vaccine mandate represented a "gross violation of human rights" for New Zealanders.

The landmark case means that the police and NZDF cannot be fired for refusing to take the experimental vaccine. This case will be used to overthrow all of Ardern's illegal mandates in New Zealand.

Justice Francis Cooke ruled that ordering frontline police officers and Defence staff to be vaccinated or face losing their job was not a "reasonably justified" breach of the Bill of Rights.

Nzherald.co.nz reports:
The lawyer for the police and Defence staff at the centre of the claim is now calling for the suspended workers to return to their jobs immediately, saying many have given decades of service to their community and are still committed to their jobs.
The challenge, put forward by a group of Defence force and police employees, questioned the legality of making an order under the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act to require vaccination for frontline employees. The challenge was supported by a group of 37 employees affected by the mandate, who submitted written affidavits to the court.

Former Hunter Biden business partner sentenced to prison for role in scheme to defraud Native American tribe

Devon Archer

Devon Archer was sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison by Manhattan Judge Ronnie Abrams for his role in a ploy that defrauded the Oglala Sioux tribe of nearly $60 million in bonds.

Before being arrested, Archer and Biden sat on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.

Biden had no connection to the fraud scheme Archer was convicted for on Monday.

Archer's attorney, Matthew Schwartz, said Archer — who has maintained his innocence — would be appealing the judgment ordering him to pay over $15 million in restitution out of pocket and over $43 million with his co-defendants. Following the sentencing, Schwartz said:
"Mr. Archer is obviously disappointed with today's sentence, and intends to appeal. It is unfortunate that the judge, who has previously expressed concern that Mr. Archer is innocent of the crimes charged and reiterated that belief today, felt that she was constrained not to act on her independent assessment of the evidence."
Archer and his co-defendants were alleged by prosecutors as having purchased more than $60 million in bonds from the Oglala Sioux, which was then used to "build a financial services mega-company" instead of holding the bonds for annuity.

Maersk suspends all container shipping to Russia

Shipping group Maersk MAERSKb.CO will temporarily halt all container shipping to and from Russia in response to Western sanctions on Moscow following its invasion of Ukraine, the company said on Tuesday.

Maersk said in a statement:
"As the stability and safety of our operations is already being directly and indirectly impacted by sanctions, new Maersk bookings within ocean and inland to and from Russia will be temporarily suspended."
The suspension, which will cover all Russian ports, would not include foodstuffs, medical and humanitarian supplies, it said.

Maersk operates container shipping routes to St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad in the Baltic Sea, Novorossiysk in the Black Sea, and to Vladivostok and Vostochny on Russia's east coast.

Comment: More details from Fox Business:
The company said it would do its "utmost" to deliver cargo already on the water to its intended destination.

"Consequently, we will still call Russia although we will not accept new bookings unless they belong in the exception categories. However, please expect significant delays as countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are holding back vessels en route to Russia in search of restricted commodities, primarily dual-use items."

The move comes after Maersk announced on Friday that it would stop accepting shipping container bookings to and from Ukraine until further notice.

Maersk emphasized that the security and well-being of its employees remains a top priority and that it has put plans in place to ensure its impacted workers and their families get the support they need. As of Feb. 24, all Maersk employees have been instructed to work from home, away from any conflict areas.

Maersk has been active in Russia since 1992, connecting the country's ports to key global markets.

With Russian forces besieging Mariupol, in which 120,000+ ethnic Greeks live, SKAI news spoke with a Mr Kiouranas who lives in the city and exposed that Ukrainian "fascists" are killing people for trying to leave the city.

When asked by SKAI news if he planned to leave the city, Kiouranas responded "how can I leave? When you try to leave you run the risk of running into a patrol of the Ukrainian fascists, the Azov Battalion."

"They would kill me and are responsible for everything," he added.

Who are the Azov Battalion?

Azov Special Operations Detachment (Ukrainian: Окремий загін спеціального призначення «Азов»), or Azov Battalion, is a right-wing extremist and neo-Nazi unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, based in Mariupol, in the Azov Sea coastal region.

A strong majority of adults in the United States believe President Joe Biden is mentally unfit to serve as commander in chief, according to a recent Washington Post/ABC News poll.

The poll, which was released only days before the president is slated to give the State of the Union address, showed a majority believe Biden is unfit to serve as president while also revealing the lowest job approval rating (37 percent) from the Washington Post/ABC News poll since becoming president just over a year ago.

Hundreds of protestors have been detained in Moscow after taking to the streets to condemn the use of force against Ukraine, a Western-funded NGO has claimed.

On Sunday, citizens gathered in the heart of the Russian capital to denounce the military assault. According to the media outlet Dozhd (labeled as a foreign agent due to its links to overseas funding), its cameraman, Andrey Karasev, was arrested despite displaying his press credentials.

A member of the police alleged he was detained for interfering in a law enforcement officer's work.

Book Review: "Race Marxism" by James Lindsay

marxism crt
The introduction to author and mathematician James Lindsay's new book, "Race Marxism: The Truth About Critical Race Theory and Praxis" is a perfect summation of its contents:
If you already know what Critical Race Theory is, the purpose of this book is to cement, refine, and deepen what you already know about it and to place what you know about it beyond any doubt. If you're newer to Critical Race Theory and are just beginning to find out what it is, buckle your safety belts and try to hold on.
Many Legal Insurrection readers follow closely the work of our CriticalRace.org team. But no matter how many posts read or news stories followed, everyone striving to end the toxic policies based on the race-based doctrine should add Lindsay's new book to their library.

Video shows Neo-Nazi Ukrainian group preparing 'pig-fat laden' bullets for use against Muslim fighters

Ukraine's National Guard prompted outrage, on Sunday, by posting a crude video aimed at Muslim Russian fighters. Twitter eventually labelled the message "hateful content."

The reel showed a soldier dipping the tips of bullet rounds into pork fat before putting them into a magazine.

The man, who reportedly belongs to the far-right nationalist Azov Battalion, apparently meant this as a threat to religious Muslims participating in the Russian military offensive in Ukraine. Pork is considered unclean in Islam, so Muslims killed by the bullets would supposedly not be eligible to enter heaven.

Comment: It's unlikely they did this for every bullet that they have but it's quite revealing as to their mindset that they would go to trouble of making the video, and to be so oblivious, or brazen, to disregard how the international community might react were they to see it.

Comment: It seems the pathological factions in Ukraine just can't help themselves, although they do at least have enough self-awareness (or a competent PR team) to also put out propaganda that tries to make them look humane:

That said, they've yet to succeed in erasing their previous appearances where they reveal their true nature:

And, whilst the mainstream media do their best to conceal their deception and brutality, it usually ends up coming out one way or another, even if it will never be aired on the controlled airwaves:

Canada and the West become States of Unfreedom

canada trucker protest mandates
© Global Look Press / John Woods
The dismantling of the Canadian trucker convoy protest by Trudeau and his henchmen has exposed the agenda of the Western elite. What we are witnessing in Canada is emblematic of the sociopolitical and economic condition of the US and the West more generally. The abrogation of natural and legal rights, the "legal" prohibition of dissent, the cancellation of small, independent producers (to the benefit of monopolies), the increasing penetration of state and corporate surveillance, the implicitly approved hacking of the names and addresses of dissenters and their supporters, the exposure of dissidents by the press and social media, the confiscation of the property of those who hold "unacceptable views" — these are not only facts in Canada; they are the near future, if not the present, in the US and beyond. Together, these represent the Chinese state model writ large and rolled out across the world, a model engineered, unwittingly or not, by Western elites in the first place.

Now that the mask is off, the naked and effete face of tyranny has been exposed. It is a tyranny of leftist authoritarian patsies — a tyranny of the state, of course, but also of leftist foot soldiers among the so-called intelligentsia and activist base. The latter groups are comprised of those whose values "the clique in power" supposedly represents — the "diversity, equity, and inclusion" crowd with their crowd-sourced opinions. They have been trained by their overlords to view divergence from the orthodoxy of race-baiting and identity politicking über alles as manifest evil. Ironically, along with the powers that be, they deem dissent the equivalent of fascism while statespersons and their servants display their fascistic attitudes and actions at every opportunity. Their disdain for the unwashed is matched only by (and is predicated upon) their own insecurity, given that the basis of their upward socio-occupational adjustment is a special identity status or an unwavering fealty to the agenda. Holding the correct opinions has been lent a moral status denied truckers and the rest of the hoi polloi.

Hysterical Western reaction, retaliation - may lead to wider war

putin boris biden
Russophobe, germophobe, it's all the same.

I simplify. But it's striking how the loudest Russophobic voices include all the same voices which were similarly hysterical about Covid - the mainstream media, the Labour Party, and the liberal elite (which includes much of the Conservative Party), while the few voices calling for even a modicum of restraint or understanding of Russia include anti-lockdown Farage (on GB News) and Trump, both of the Right. Piers Corbyn and Jeremy Corbyn, virtually alone on the Left have spoken up, while Starmer has forced 11 of his MPs who signed a Stop The War statement to withdraw their signatures.

The Labour Party in fact has tried to outflank the Tories on the Right, demanding the silencing of RT, the Russian broadcaster.

The Ukraine crisis rubs home the same messages we received loud and clear during the Great Covid Hysteria: Left and Right are meaningless now, the default option for any untoward contingency arising is to go to panic stations, muzzle any dissent, and bring in restrictions/interventions/sanctions without a thought about the side effects, or even direct consequences.
