The Mad Hatter - constantly asked nonsensical and unanswerable questions.
...Alice started to her feet, for it flashed across her mind that she had never before seen a rabbit with either a waistcoat-pocket, or a watch to take out of it, and burning with curiosity, she ran across the field after it, and fortunately was just in time to see it pop down a large rabbit-hole under the hedge.
So began Alice's adventures in Wonderland and, in a similar way, my own adventures down a very deep rabbit-hole of sorts. It's the strange event that doesn't make sense that can get you wondering; the thing that you might just let slip by as curious. But then you look a little closer and, next thing you know...
"The rabbit-hole went straight on like a tunnel for some way, and then dipped suddenly down, so suddenly that Alice had not a moment to think about stopping herself before she found herself falling down a very deep well..."
The strange event in this case involved the response posted to Laura Knight-Jadczyk's Facebook wall by Duncan Roads, Editor, Owner, Publisher of Nexus Magazine, concerning the cancellation of her appearance at the Nexus Conference due to the last minute addition of Jim Humble to the lineup of speakers. That Roads, an alleged professional editor and publisher, would launch an ad hominem attack that would make a petulant adolescent blush was strange enough. What really got my attention, though, was the postscript he felt inclined to attach to his abuse-laden missive:
PS: Next time, have a look at the speaker list of any conference you get invited to, in advance. You left your conference speaker cancellation to the last minute - was that done on purpose? How spiteful!
Try as I might, I could not manage to work out a situation in which Roads, the owner of the magazine that was sponsoring this event, was not aware of the fact that Jim Humble had been added to the lineup of speakers at the last minute, immediately prior to Laura Knight-Jadczyk's cancellation. His own website clearly shows that Humble had just been added, stating, "Breaking News: Jim Humble the inventor of MMS is coming to Holland!"

Rabbits generally do not wear waistcoats and use watches, and Editor/Owner/Publishers of magazines generally do not make complete fools of themselves by writing juvenile insults on public forums like Facebook. When you see either, you can be sure something strange is afoot. In this case, there are a few of possibilities to consider:

1) Duncan Roads is basically a petulant child who has, until now, managed to maintain an adult façade.

2) Duncan Roads has a brain chemical imbalance or psychological abnormality.

3) There is more to this business of Jim Humble and his appearance at the Nexus Conference than is apparent on the surface.

Having neither access to Duncan Roads nor the ability to make a diagnosis of his psychological state, I was left with only the third possibility to investigate: was there something more to this Jim Humble business?
"...Alice had not a moment to think about stopping herself before she found herself falling down a very deep well."
On January 28, 2010, Laurence Allan Jensen, Ph.D., D.D., in company with Glenda Green, D.D., consecrated James Humble, D.D. as a bishop in the Spiritis Church. Humble writes about this event himself, though curiously, he never mentions the church by name.
In my travels I happened upon a small but very unusual church. This church has come to us down through the centuries from the original apostles of Jesus Christ. There is an unbroken lineage of succession of Bishops for 2000 years to now. The name of each Bishop is recorded. The first apostles were Bishops. The Catholic Church broke off from this first Church 325 years AD, but the Original Church continued until now. You have never heard of it because it is small. It embraces all denominations of Christianity and actually all religions of the world and always has for 2000 years. I became a minister, a Deacon, a Priest, and finally a Bishop. So let me introduce myself again. I am Bishop James Humble.
What Humble is saying is that an unbroken succession of ordinations, beginning with Jesus Christ himself ordaining his own apostles, has now lead to James Humble, D.D. as the latest of the true apostles walking the earth. In essence, Humble is claiming that he has been identified as one so noble, so pure of heart, so saintly, that Jesus has blessed him and his work.

Well, that certainly sounds impressive. However, Humble's claim, "You have never heard of it because it is small," isn't quite true. I, for one, have heard of this church. In fact, it is rather notorious in certain circles. This church is many things, but it is definitely not holy.

This church goes by a number of names around the world. Humble was ordained in the Spiritis Church version. Other versions include the Order of the Friends of Jeshua (Jesus), the Byzantine Catholic Church, Inc., the Liberal Catholic Church, the Old Roman Catholic Church, the American Orthodox Catholic Church, and who knows how many others. None of these churches seems connected to the others in any way but one: they all claim apostolic succession as proof of their validity, and all share bishops in said succession.

According to the Spiritis Church website:
When, the Old Catholic priests in England elected Willoughby, the next in order of voting was the Rev. James Ingall Wedgewood who had introduced a number of Theosophists into the Old Catholic Church. On August 6, 1915, Archbishop Mathew issued a Pastoral letter condemning Theosophy as a heresy and calling upon those of his clergy who were Theosophists to recant. They refused and so left the Old Catholic movement. These clergy and their lay followers did for a time continue to operate under the title. The Old Catholic Church," which was available to them because the followers of Archbishop Mathew had chosen to use of the title Old Roman Catholic. Eventually they adopted the title The Liberal Catholic Church, which they felt to be more appropriate to their views. Bishop Willoughby was in negotiation with Rome with a view to reconciliation, but nothing final had been arranged. When approached by the Theosophical clergy, he consented to consecrate Wedgewood. It appears that Willoughby believed it only honorable to pass on to the clergy who had elected him to the episcopal office in which he no longer intended to serve. Thus, on February 13, 1916 he consecrated James Ingall Wedgewood as Presiding Bishop of the Liberal Catholic Church.
James Ingall Wedgwood
James Ingall Wedgwood, first Bishop of the Liberal Catholic Church, accused pedophile, and Jim Humble's predecessor in the "church"
The apostolic succession claimed by Humble follows a line from James Ingall Wedgwood, [Note: the correct spelling of his name is Wedgwood, not Wedgewood as written on the Spritis website] who was the first Bishop of the Liberal Catholic Church following a schism within the Old Catholic Church. This hardly seems in keeping with Humble's claim that, "The Catholic Church broke off from this first Church 325 years AD, but the Original Church continued until now," which would imply that this has been a unified body keeping the faith in quiet for 2,000 years. The church's self-proclaimed history shows that this is not the case.

This same Bishop Wedgwood eventually resigned from the Liberal Catholic Church due to his "almost unbelievably strong" homosexual urges, which once lead him to visit 18 public toilets in two hours, and soon thereafter an encounter with law enforcement. As he explained to the police, he was "searching for a friend." Eventually, Wedgwood and other LCC clergy were investigated for homosexual activities involving boys. It was this scandal that eventually lead to his resignation from the church. Apparently, the inability to curb one's carnal desires and keep their damn hands off of young boys' privates doesn't invalidate the consecration of a Bishop in this church, as Humble's claimed apostolic succession comes directly down through the pedophile Wedgwood.

Leadbeater and Wedgwood
Bishops C. W. Leadbeater and James Ingall Wedgwood.
Examining the list of apostolic succession in some of the other incarnations of this "church", quite a few other interesting names pop up, such as C. W. Leadbeater. Leadbeater was a well-known Theosophist who resigned from the Theosophical Society over a scandal that involved young boys and masturbation. According to one witness, Mary Lutyens:
"Leadbeater 'came prancing down the wharf like a great lion,' as Mary described it, 'hatless and in a long purple cloak, holding on to the arm of a very good-looking blond boy of about fifteen. This was Theodore St John, an Australian boy of great charm and sweetness, who was Leadbeater's current favourite and who slept in his room."
Michael Bertiaux, a Bishop who also claimed this apostolic succession, was a practitioner of voodoo and associated with Aleister Crowley, the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.), and the Chorozon Club which practiced homosexual magic.

William Wallace Webb, also a Bishop claiming this apostolic succession, was connected with the O.T.O/Crowley as well as being the founder of his own Qabalistic Alchemist Church, founded April 1, 1960, "by over 20 people. High Masons and Ethiopian Alchemest [sic] Church - 10,000 of years old, and Eastern Orthodox Catholic. (Arch Bishop Theodotus of New York and Society of Rosicrucians in America...)."

It gets weirder, folks.

Walter Vladimir Propheta, yet another one of these "apostolic succession" Bishops, ran a physical church (a rare thing for these guys) in the Bronx, called the Cathedral of the Holy Resurrection. One of the curious things about this church was that, while it did have visitors, none of them were parishioners. All of the comings and goings at this churched seemed to involve assorted spooks and people involved in anti-communism activities. Carl Stanley, an associate of Propheta, also started one of these apostolic line churches of his own around the same time Propheta started his.

Carl Stanley was first arrested in Los Angeles on November 22, 1927, for Grand Theft Auto. His arrest record would continue to grow through the years, including an arrest for violating U.S. Postal Code by sending obscene material through the mail. Stanley's history hardly seems to qualify him as the sort of person Jesus might lay hands on with a charge to go out into the world and spread the good news. Then again, no one in this 'church' really seems to fit that bill as far as we can see. Of course, we are talking about a 'church' that appears to have nothing even close to resembling ethics, morality or scruples. This same man, arrested for sending obscene material via U.S. mail, was actually made a saint by one of these churches! Yeah, I'm speechless, too. His 'church name' was Christopher Maria. Here is the official document sanctifying him:

Sanctification of Carl Stanley
Sanctification of Carl "Christopher Maria" Stanley
The date of Stanley's first arrest is rather ironic. Carl Stanley's name would come up repeatedly during the investigation of another crime committed on November 22 - the assassination of JFK.

David Ferrie
David Ferrie
Carl Stanley consecrated David Ferrie into the office of 'Bishop'. Ferrie has alleged direct links to the JFK assassination, as well as other shadowy goings-on in New Orleans at the time. During the Jim Garrison investigation, seven phone calls to an anonymous Toronto, Canada phone number made by Ferrie in the months preceding the assassination were traced to Earl Anglin Lawrence James, yet another (you guessed it) 'Bishop' claiming this apostolic succession.

David Ferrie was also implicated, in Ed Haslam's book Dr. Mary's Monkey, of having a part in a secret government program involving cancer research. According to Haslam, the U.S. government was conducting secret research into curing cancer in order to head off what they feared would be an upcoming cancer epidemic following the mass inoculation of people in the U.S. for polio. As it turned out, the polio vaccine was infected with Simian virus 40, or SV40, a polyomavirus known to cause tumors.

That the government would be so secretive about having injected a known carcinogenic virus into the population of the U.S. is understandable. What I have a hard time wrapping my head around is why they would feel the need to conduct experiments for a cure in secret. There were already thousands of labs around the country and around the world conducting such experiments. However, SV40 has been implicated in more than accidental injection via the polio vaccine. According to Dr. Maurice Hilleman of Merck Pharmaceuticals, SV40 research in Africa is tied to AIDS. Watch the video of an interview with him here.

Let me be clear that I am not making any allegations concerning Jim Humble's work in Africa, but the coincidence of two of these "Bishops" working to allegedly cure cancer (and, in Humble's case, every other known disease) and both being tied to Africa leaves me scratching my head. If you haven't ever watched it, get a copy of the movie The Constant Gardener.

Jack S. Martin
Jack Martin
In the Oliver Stone movie, JFK, the part played by Jack Lemmon - Jack Martin, an associate of Guy Bannister - was yet another 'Bishop' as well as a drunk with, like Stanley, a long arrest record. He consecrated Thomas Jude Baumler. Baumler was a New Orleans politician and associate of Guy Bannister. It was Baumler who told J. Gary Shaw that Lee Harvey Oswald worked for Guy Bannister. He also told Harold Weisbuerg, one of Garrison's investigators, that he had personally met Oswald. Baumler was also a Mason, allegedly belonging to the Etoile Polair Lodge of the French Grand Orient, the same lodge that Mafia don Carlos Marcello belonged to. It was Marcello that David Ferrie was working for on the day of the JFK assassination.

Baumler's part of the web strings across to the west coast of the U.S., tying all of this to another story. During the Garrison investigation, Baumler was hanging out with the newly formed Process Church of the Final Judgement in Los Angeles. According to former Process member Timothy Wyllie, in his book Love Sex Fear Death: The Inside Story of the Process Church of the Final Judgement, Baumler wanted to name the church The Church of Christ and Satan. Amongst other things (which you can imagine from the title of Wyllie's book), the Process Church was accused of ties to Charles Manson. There are claims that Process members even visited Manson in prison.

There are also claims that William Bryan, the hypnotist suspected of mind programming Sirhan Sirhan for the assassination of RFK (Bryan once bragged that this was so), was also another one of these 'Bishops'. However, I think we can stop there, I'm already starting to feel like I've taken a dose of MMS.

Honestly, I'm not quite sure what to make of all these 'Bishops'. What has become clear however is that the 'apostolic line' of these 'Bishops' that today includes Jim Humble, is more of a roll call of criminals with connections to the assassination of JFK, pedophiles and the mentally disturbed rather than individuals who might actually live up to their claim to be the keepers of the secrets of the original church of Jesus.

This would then make clear the reason why, as James Humble suggests, you have never heard of this church. They don't want you to know about it. If I were a member of a club like that, I sure as heck wouldn't go telling people about it. What is not clear is the precise meaning and role of a 'Bishop' in this shadowy underworld 'church' or what the initiatory procedure or requirement might be to become one. As a member of a 'church' with such a background, it would seem prudent for any 'Bishops' to steer well clear of even the hint of an association with pedophiles. Yet, Bishop Humble appears to be connected (in some way) with the 'oath keepers'. In his most recent newsletter, Humble stated that he may use the oath keepers to protect his church members from the government. As noted in Joe Quinn's article 'Snake Oil Humbles Nexus Conference', the leader of the oath keepers was recently arrested for raping a 7 year old child.

Curiouser and curiouser...

Is it possible that we now have an intimation as to why it is that Duncan Roads would be so shaken by Laura Knight-Jadczyk's cancellation of her appearance at the Nexus Conference? Was there some sort of agenda, putting Bishop Humble on the conference line-up? Laura is well known for exposing, in the interest of truth, what others would like to keep hidden. Is she getting under someone's skin?

This is, of course, where the ominous presence of a Bishop in Humble's church - several of whom are implicated in the assassination of JFK - takes on a more sinister aspect. Duncan Roads himself revealed that certain individuals were planning on ambushing Laura at Road's Nexus conference, and though this was said to have been merely an attempt to "ask inconvenient questions", we have been left with the distinct impression of a grave aura of danger enveloping the entire Nexus conference proceedings.

As it happens, it appears that this plot was the brainchild of Vincent Bridges and Stormbear Williams who have been engaged in defaming Laura for lo, these many years. Is there a connection between Humble, Roads and the Bridges-Williams gang other than the fact that Roads immediately appeared in their camp seeking solace for being so mistreated and giving new life (and cash) to the defamation activity?

Well, we are reminded that David Ferrie was very much involved in "youth guidance" in the form of a young people's organization called "Civil Air Patrol" and Vincent and Stormbear, along with their pal Dan Winter, have long been involved with "youth activities" including "psy-kids camps" and teaching third graders about how to "feel bliss." Here's Dan Winter quizzing small children on the shape of their "love hug" -

They are also well-known for their black-magic rituals, Ophanic channeling, and obsession with Kabbalah.

While we may never know for sure, it seems likely that Laura may never have made a wiser decision as regards her own safety, to go with her instincts stand on her principles, and back away from Roads, Humble and what has turned out to be a decidedly malevolent group of people.

Whatever the reason, Laura didn't walk into the trap. Even at the last minute, she clearly stated that, based on her research and personal experience with his products, Humble was a quack and refused to be on the same bill with him. The fact that Humble was announced with considerable fanfare as a late addition to the Nexus conference suggests that Roads, as the owner of Nexus, shares at least a close professional relationship with Humble. Roads himself has admitted his advocacy of Humble's MMS, and Nexus magazine has carried a number of articles favorable to Humble and his 'miraculous' bleach. Is it possible then that Roads also shares Humble's religious beliefs? The beliefs of a group of people involved in the assassination of a most inconvenient sitting president.

Now, Bishop Jim Humble might be just a really nice old guy who got taken in by somebody promoting this church idea as a way to save him from jail. Duncan Roads may be just a really nice younger guy who just wants to help the old guy make a living. But what does seem to emerge from this short analysis is this: if that is the case, then both of them have been taken in and set up to be patsies just like Lee Harvey Oswald was.

For now, we can only speculate.
