US: Triangular UFOs low flying over three states

Triangular-shaped objects caught the attention of five witnesses from three states on Feb. 22 and 24 - while a low-flying "huge black object" was spotted moving north through Oklahoma skies

In the two Rhode Island and two California cases, the reports are similar enough that in both cases, it could be the same object being observed.

Italy: Air Force Head says UFOs possibly ET craft

Italians are increasingly asking the question as to what is going on in their skies. Last year more UFO sightings were recorded in Italy than any year prior and this is catching the attention of the media. The Vatican has recently warmed up to the idea of life on other planets which begs the question as to whether Rome knows more about the topic than they are giving away.

Now an Air Force chief is conceding that aliens might be behind UFO incidents.

In the last few weeks a number of high profile media outlets ran stories on UFOs. '055 News 'noted that the Italian Air Force has recorded 38 sightings of UFOs since 2001. In 2008 alone three sightings of interest were seen by the Air Force or picked up on their radars.

UK: Couple see UFO off Herm

A UFO has been reported off Herm. A local man and his wife saw it as they stood at Castle Cornet .

The man, who has asked not to be named, said it moved too quickly to have been a commercial or private aircraft.

And he dismissed the idea that it was a satellite.

'It didn't look like anything I'd ever seen before. It was a strange thing to see - there was no sound and it was moving very fast,' he said.

Scotland: UFO 'looked like a plane on fire'

A Helensburgh man, washing his dishes on Monday, looked out of his kitchen window and thought he saw a plane about to crash.

But now he is looking to hear from anyone else who saw the strange phenomenon which he now believes was a UFO.

Lewis Graham, a graphic artist, was working at the sink in his Lomond Street flat just before seven o'clock when he saw the fiery red object pass across the window.

He said: "At first I thought it was a plane on fire or a helicopter. Then I thought it was an asteroid descending!

The mystery panther that has stalked Norfolk for years is on the prowl again, with two fresh sightings reported - including one in the North Norfolk village that was named the county's big cat hotspot two years ago.

Louisa Allen, from Hevingham near Aylsham, said she was shocked to see the animal just 25ft from her house last Wednesday.

"It was completely black with a very long distinctive downward-curving tail. It was about the size of a Labrador but it was much longer in the body and walked like a cat," explained the dressmaker, who was preparing for a fitting when it happened. "I saw it so clearly. I've no doubt it was a panther."

US: UFOs 'buzz' two U.S. military bases

Witnesses are reporting UFO activity near U.S. military bases in Arizona and Texas this week. The Texas incident lit up both the sky and the ground as a glowing light moved toward the ground. Fighter jets were reported to have chased "two intense red lights" in Arizona.

In a neighborhood bordering Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, witnesses saw a bright white object light up the sky and yard where they were standing in the early morning hours of Feb. 22.

"I noticed that this light had a somewhat definite geometric shape," one witness said. "It was square with pointed corners. The edges of the square were slightly concave, just a slight bend which didn't make it look like a traditional square."

Description: Last night me and my friend were coming home from buying some stuff at the grocery store and we were walking down this path towards our apartment when I was compelled to look up and when I did I noticed a black triangle shaped craft in the sky which had two red lights and I think a blue light in the middle not really sure.

As I was looking at this craft I noticed that it was silent and moved at an alarming rate and it did not feel earthly to me whatsoever something was very odd about it, it looked like a black mass but in a triangle and with lights and my friend saw it too because I was immediately tapping him quite hard and telling him to look up, he is still trying to figure out what it was...

A strange sound that vibrates through the walls at night; no known explanation, experts confounded ... It's a mystery that some might consider just a little spooky.

Mother-of-three Deborah Atsoparthis, 54, just wishes it would stop.

The former executive PA has been driven to despair by the mysterious night-time noise that first disrupted her sleep in the small hours five months ago.

Since then the peculiar vibrating hum that reverberates through the walls of her two-bedroom flat each night has baffled a plumber, an electrician, a building surveyor and the noise experts at her local council's environmental health department.

England: Man sees fabled beast - not for the first time

There has been another possible sighting of the fabled Beast of the Bay in Sleights. A large paw print was found in the snow in Eskdaleside by a local resident who had gone for a walk.

John Bradley (87) saw the print outside his home recently and instantly knew it was too big to belong to a cat or a dog.

This is not Mr Bradley's first encounter with the beast, having seen the large black cat last year, he said. This time he had gone out and seen the prints in fresh snow.

A Church Warsop woman is wondering if 'the truth is out there' this week after seeing what she believes could have been the lights of a UFO.

Tina Pidduck's 13-year-old daughter Chara alerted her to the 'strange rings of light' at around 9.30pm on Friday, although Tina says she was initially sceptical about her daughter's claims.

"I thought she was just messing me around, and when she took me outside to look for these lights I couldn't see anything at first," she said.
