New York Judge requests testimony from Julian Assange in Seth Rich case

Seth Rich
A New York magistrat judge is requesting testimony from Wikileaks founder Julian Assange in a case involving slain DNC voter data director Seth Rich.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn requested the international assistance in order to get the testimony.

The parents of Seth Rich are suing FOX News and Judge Netburn wants Assange to testify on Seth's role in the leaked DNC documents.

Julian Assange has repeatedly said the documents did not come from Russia. And Robert Mueller interviewed hundreds of witnesses in his anti-Trump witch hunt but never got around to questioning Julian Assange who was the source of leaked DNC documents.

The parents of Seth Rich believe he had nothing to do with the leaked documents to Wikileaks.

They may not like what they find out.

Comment: The sad fact of the matter is that Judge Netburn will likely never receive that testimony from Julian Assange - unless Trump or those allied with him are determined enough and savvy enough to make it happen. The truth about Seth Rich's murder would not only demonstrate conclusively that Russia didn't hack the DNC servers, but that Rich himself was the leaker - and in all probability murdered by operatives allied with the DNC.

Overdue antidote to Black Lives Matter's poisonous ideology arrives in the form of Britain's 'strictest teacher'

The toxic ideology of the BLM movement is promoted by its race campaigners at the expense of any other idea. Unless you agree with its false claims and the underlying belief that Britain is intrinsically racist, you are the enemy.

Negotiating your way around any conversation centred on race has become a social minefield. Say the wrong thing and 'boom!' you're treated as a card-carrying member of the Ku Klux Klan and ostracised from your bien pensant pals for life.

BLM campaigners in the UK push one line: black people are the permanent victims of oppression, white people are collectively guilty of perpetuating discrimination.

That's it. No ifs, no buts, no grey areas, no dissent. Own it!

In this country, BLM is a secretive, opaque umbrella organisation of many different groups with no distinct leadership yet, somehow, through marches, pulling down statues and by seizing hold of the narrative on social media, they have become the arbiters on race matters.

But maybe some relief is here. The newly-launched Equiano Project, named after the 18th Century former slave Olaudah Equiano, the British African community's first political activist, brings a cool breeze of common sense into the stifling atmosphere created by the UK adherents of the Black Lives Matter movement and their toxic, imported brand of identity politics.

Oops? UK to reduce Covid deaths by 10% because of 'counting errors'

Up to 10 percent of coronavirus deaths recorded in England will be chalked off due to an error in counting, it has been claimed.

Public Health England currently includes all fatalities of anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, regardless of whether their death is related to the disease.

Scientists noticed the error as early as July, leading to an urgent review, with some deaths on the official count happening months after someone was infected.

Comment: This seems a tad extreme of a move to be considered a simple "error."

The mishap means all of England's 265,000 confirmed cases would in time be included on the toll, regardless of the circumstances around someone's death.

The numbers will be reconfigured so deaths are only counted if a person dies within 28 days of testing positive - like in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Comment: And even that will be misleading. Someone can get a mild case of Covid and die of other causes within 28 days.

While a second weekly measure, recording deaths within 60 days will also be set up - with an announcement expected this week, reports The Sun.

As many as 4,170 deaths could be wiped off the count which currently stands at 41,686.

Polling suggests 'regime change' in Russia would lead to a far-right or Communist Kremlin - no support for pro-Western liberal govt.

One of the great mysteries in US/UK analysis of Russia is the apparently almost universally accepted belief that the implosion of Putin's system would somehow gift Moscow 'back' to the West, resetting the clock to the 1990s.

The general consensus seems to be that Russians are secretly bursting with desire for 'freedom,' counting down the days until they can re-embrace Uncle Sam. Never mind the fact that even Boris Yeltsin's pro-American administration became increasingly disillusioned with Washington during his second term in the Kremlin. And, most famously, Yevgeny Primakov, then prime minister, turned his plane around in mid-air en route to the US upon learning of NATO's decision to illegally bomb Serbia.

What makes things even more bizarre is the suspension of disbelief required to continuously present the small, Western-leaning Moscow protest movement as Russia's alternative government-in-waiting. There are countless hagiographies in US/UK media of Alexei Navalny, and other fringe voices acceptable to the West, but its consumers know precious little about the reality on the ground.

Emboldened by promises of annexation, Israeli settler attacks soared in July

Security guard

According to data gathered by Mondoweiss, there were at least 25 reported incidents of Israeli settler violence against Palestinians since the unofficial July 1st deadline to annex the West Bank passed.

It has been one month since Israel's unofficial July 1st deadline to annex the West Bank passed. The media attention leading up to the date reached a fevered pitch by June 30th, as international condemnations rolled in, and US congress members began floating the idea of conditioning aid to Israel.

By the time July 1st rolled around, after weeks of intense build up, Israel had begun to backtrack, and eventually, talk of annexation seemed to fizzle out.

But while the world may have moved on from annexation, for the time being, the consequences of Israel's promises are being felt on the ground in the West Bank, as reports of settler attacks on Palestinians and their property surged in July, as well as in June in the lead up to annexation.

Almost every day since July 1st has seen reports of settler attacks and incursions on Palestinian towns and villages across the West Bank. Notably, a significant portion of the recorded incidents relate to settlers attempting to seize new pieces of land or establish new outposts in the West Bank.

Comment: Israel knows how to motivate the public to initiate and fulfill the annexation fixation.

Mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio announced Wednesday COVID-19 checkpoints will be established on tunnels and bridges leading into the city in order to enforce Governor Cuomo's quarantine order.

The mayor tweeted, "New Yorkers worked too hard to beat back COVID-19 โ€” we cannot lose that progress. 35 states have dangerously high infection rates. We won't let the virus spread here."

"Today we're announcing check points at key points of entry into New York City. We'll educate travelers on the state's mandatory 14 day quarantine and help them follow the rules safely," de Blasio tweeted.
"Travelers coming in from these states must complete travel health forms to support contact tracing efforts," according to the official government website of New York City.

This is the first major effort by New York City to enforce Governor Cuomo's 14-day quarantine for travelers from the 34 states and Puerto Rico with high COVID-19 rates, according to NBC New York.

Missouri Rep. William Lacy Clay lost the Democratic primary Tuesday to nurse and Black Lives Matter activist Cori Bush, a stunning defeat for the scion of a political dynasty that has represented the St. Louis-based 1st District for more than half a century.

Bush was leading Clay 49 percent to 46 percent when The Associated Press called the race at 11:18 p.m. Central time. Clay, 64, is the third Democrat this cycle to lose his seat to a challenger more plugged in with the party's most progressive wing.

Clay's defeat stands out because he is a Black lawmaker who focused on civil rights issues throughout his 10 terms in Congress. His father, William L. Clay, was a co-founder of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Police records that could make or break Prince Andrew's alibi for the night he is alleged to have had sex with a sex-trafficked teenager have been destroyed.

Scotland Yard made the admission to a former Royal protection officer who told The Mail on Sunday he believed Andrew may have returned to Buckingham Palace in the early hours of March 11, 2001.

Virginia Roberts, then 17, claims she was coerced by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein into having sex with the Prince on the night of March 10 at the Belgravia home of Ghislaine Maxwell. In his infamous Newsnight interview last November, the Duke of York insisted he had spent that night at Sunninghill Park, Berkshire, with his children, having earlier dropped off Princess Beatrice at a Pizza Express in Woking, Surrey, for a party.

Despite claims to the contrary, protests and violence have continued in Portland following the withdrawal of federal police. Tear gas and flashbang grenades were used to disperse crowds that have now moved to the city's suburbs.

Local authorities declared a riot for the second night in a row on Wednesday, as violence continued in the city for the 70th consecutive night since the death of Geroge Floyd in police custody.

A crowd of approximately 100 people gathered outside the Portland Police East Precinct shortly after 9pm, growing to over 200 shortly thereafter.
