OF THE
TIMES
Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well... You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect...
In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read. You turn the page, and forget what you know.

"layering patterns of artificial, biodegradable WHAT? that contains cells"
What what? The RT version says instead "plastic-like material"...
The most important achievement here is finding of a way to keep constant nutrition of the cells while the are doing they job on the scaffold. Normally the scaffold is obtained from living organisms, like pigs or mice, the cells are stripped by detergents, leaving a collagen structure, the cells are added, and then the problems with nutrition begins. Now, bioprinter can leave "maintenance" tracts (temporary in principle) to help with that.
I wonder if it also imprints a less temporary product code, so identification like from Blade Runner can be made in future.
