Flash floods in the country have so far left 18 people dead and forced the evacuation of 25,192 people, Seak Vichet, a spokesperson for the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM), said.

A landslide early on Sunday killed at least 14 military personnel and left eight missing in central Vietnam, the government said, in what could be the country's largest military loss in peace time as it battles major flooding.
The mudslide hit the barracks of a unit of Vietnam's 4th Military Region in the central province of Quang Tri, the government said in a statement on its website. It occurred days after another landslide killed 13 people, mostly soldiers, in the neighbouring province of Thua Thien Hue.
"We had another sleepless night," an emotional deputy defence minister, Phan Van Giang, told reporters on Sunday.
Days of heavy rain caused flooding in several areas of Slovakia, causing 1 fatality and prompting evacuations.

In a 24 hour period to 15 October, Piesok in Modra municipality in the Bratislava Region recorded 65.5 mm and Kľak in the Žarnovica District, Banská Bystrica Region recorded 69.7 mm.
A deep depression in the Bay of Bengal has brought days of heavy rain to parts of southern and western India, causing flooding in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

In Telangana, media report at least 15 people are thought to have died in flood and rain-related incidents after heavy downpours from around 12 October, 2020.
Heavy rains and floods across the state have disrupted power supply in many places. The state government declared a holiday for all government offices and private institutions for 14 and 15 October and urged people to stay indoors.
Telangana's capital, Hyderabad, is among the worst affected areas, with raging flood waters sweeping through city streets, damaging buildings and dragging away vehicles. Nine people died when a wall collapsed due to heavy rain in Chandrayangutta District, according to disaster authorities. Over 1,000 people have been rescued or evacuated in the city by teams from State and National Disaster Response Forces along with military personnel.
A clean-up is underway on Thursday after severe storms in the northern part of the country.
Water levels rose significantly in coastal areas of Germany due to storms and severe rain on Wednesday.
In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, flooding reached its peak on Wednesday evening. It brought water levels to almost 1.40 metres above normal, said meteorologist Stefan Kreibohm from the weather station at Hiddensee.
In Schleswig-Holstein, the Trave river in Lübeck and the district of Travemünde rose to around 6.26 metres. This resulted in flooding at the Obertrave in the old town of Lübeck and parts of the promenade in Travemünde. According to the Waterways and Shipping Office, the normal water level is five metres.
A tropical depression brought heavy rain caused to parts of the Philippines from 13 to 14 October 2020.
Disaster officials reported at least 2 people died and another was reported missing following floods in Cebu City and surrounding areas. The body of the missing person was found on 15 October. Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) said:
"After 2 days of searching, our responders have finally retrieved the body of the 16 year old boy when he was taken away from the flash flood last October 13."
