US: Man Sees Object Follow Military Jets, Break Up, & Disappear Over New York

Description: I don't know if you would consider this a military test or a UFO sighting. I saw 2 jets flying parallel to each other with a third object (couldn't make out the shape too wee) in a triangle formation. All of a sudden either some sort of metallic material (it reflected the setting sun, spiraled and disappeared) was released or the third object following the jets broke up. For the next 15 minutes or so, there was a flurry of high altitude jet activity following the same flight path. Could it have been some sort of anti-missile (FLAK) experiment? I live between Laguardia and Kennedy airports.

Description: We were camping at Alcona County Park. At about 10.00 PM my husband saw a very bright large light high in the sky towards Tawas. It was rectangular in shape and yellow, not white. About 15 minutes later he and the neighbor saw three lights to the left of the first light. Those were behind some pine trees and did not get as good a look at them. Then about 10:30 PM in the same spot towards Tawas we all saw five lights, very bright and yellow, rectangular. It lasted about 30 seconds and then just disappeared. The light did not fade, they just disappeared as if someone had turned out the lights. This was witnessed by four different people. They did not appear to move, but just hovered there.

Note: The witness is compared the sighting to the sighting at Tawas, Michigan which occurred on August 26, 2010 between 9 and 10 PM.

Description: I witnessed a UFO through my deck sliding glass doorway. I was looking out the window in a northeast direction and contemplating taking my telescope out to view the night sky as the moon was very bright in the eastern sky low above the trees. I was looking at the constellation Cassiopeia when there was a bright star that began to descend from the constellation. As it descended it got brighter and very large and then began to move in a northeastern direction rapidly. The total experience was less than 1 minute.

US: Round, Object With 5 Protrusions on the Bottom Seen in Night Sky Over Illinois

Description: I just stepped out onto the front porch and looked up to see an unusually bright white light in the sky. I couldn't estimate the size, distance or speed. However, compared to the morning star Venus, I would say it was at least three to four times bigger and very much brighter. It was pure white, round, and had what appeared to be five straight things on the bottom of it. The "protrusions" were possibly probes or antenna looking things which were the same bright white as the object itself. It definitely was not a satellite, jet or airplane.

It's movement was in an unsteady straight line of travel from SW to NE. By unsteady I mean it had the appearance of an object that was connected to a string and being carried in a straight line of direction, but had a very slight wiggle to it while moving forward.

One of the witnesses called shortly after her sighting. She was quite excited by what she saw. She left a voice mail message (above audio). I subsequently called her and obtained more information. She and her friend were leaving a theater and heard a very "high pitched" hum. She then saw three very bright lights hovering over the parking lot. She ran into the parking lot to get a better look at the object, but the object began moving over a forested area (northwest across Highway 13). The lights were in a triangular formation were white and flashed. She described them brighter than high-beam headlights.

Description: There were 4 people who all witnessed this sighting. I called the number to report and was told to submit a written statement of the sighting. The time was roughly 1:00 AM. Myself and 4 other people were on a park bench in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. The sky had a few very thin clouds roughly in the middle of the sky (determined after event that the angle was roughly 30 degrees), but the sky was clear mostly. At this time we all had noticed a bright, light orange, elongated ovular shape in the sky. It was assumed that it must have been a blimp advertising something. Several key factors of the objects appearance made that theory false. The first being that the object had no blinking lights along its perimeter. All blimps have these lights as a warning to planes or helicopters to avoid collision. Second, the object we were observing was too long and thin to be a blimp. Blimps are mostly more rounded. Last, the object was not moving. There was no possible way that the object was the moon because of the shape nor could it have been a spotlight from an event taking place for the same reasons.

Sky watcher Robert Thorson shot this video at 4:30 a.m. over Fresno, California, on August 31, 2010, according to Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) California State Section Director, and founder of the Sanger Paranormal Society.

The sighting has not yet been investigated by MUFON.

US: Green flash of light and missing time follow Pennsylvania UFO event

A Pennsylvania witness reports seeing a "flash of green light" in the bedroom followed by an hour and-a-half of missing time after observing a cylinder-shaped object in the sky during the early morning hours of September 2, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness thought the object in the sky might be a star, but noted that "it looked something like a cigar or cylinder shape." The time was 4:30 a.m. and the witness went inside and laid down in bed.

Very shortly the witness reports both a flash of green light and a voice speaking in a language not understood.

"Shadowy" figures were then seen in the bedroom.

"I couldn't move, I felt my dog up against me, but she never moved or barked," the witness stated. "I tried very hard to move my arms and feet, but it was like having sleep paralysis, but I knew I was wide awake. I definitely felt, and caught glimpses of the presence of small shadowy figures in the bedroom."

The witness then reports that they did not feel as though they were in their bedroom any longer. The next recall is that they were back in their bedroom and the time was 6:04 a.m.

This is the seventh similar experience that this witness recalls.

US: Michigan 6-year-old insists 'aliens' are outside

A Michigan father stepped outside to investigate at 3 a.m., August 30, 2010, after his 6-year-old daughter insisted aliens were outside - and now has a feeling like he was being watched after what he assumed was a stationary object - moved quickly away, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The father first tried to calm his child down after she said the aliens were in a nearby field. But the story got the better of him, and he moved outside for a look.

After all seemed normal nearby, he asked his daughter to draw what she saw - and she drew an object with a disc on the bottom and a dome on top. Then he put his daughter back to bed.

But checking on her an hour later, his daughter was still up, and still insisted that the aliens were outside.

This time, the father took his daughter outside for a look. The young girl pointed up to the sky, and said that "they" were small now.

The daughter was placed back in bed, but Dad went back out for a look again. As he continued to watch objects in the sky, one object that he thought was stationary during the entire event - moved away quickly.
