He's just saying...

"Look, what a beautiful cloud…..can you see? Cars……and the cloud……"

Really nothing relevant. He just thought it looks cool….

Extremley Unusual

The thing that really confuses the hell out of me is that the darker cloud mass, which seems to be pointing ot the ground, seems to be showing almost perfect straight edges like a set square. It goes almost straight up, and then turn at 90 degrees with little or no visible chamfer. unfortunatley the light form the street light blocks any good view of that corner we can see...so very bizzare, Ive never seen a cloud form quite like it.

Only some areas of Argentina have high altitude, others areas are at sea level or close to sea level, such as the pampean region, a wide plain scarcely a few meters above sea level
