OF THE
TIMES
When the human being experiences a moment of pleasure - it begins to desire that experience to endlessly repeat itself in an attempt to create permanence. And the constant attempt to construct permanence gives the so-called "spiritual ideologies", or "new age gurus" the opportunity to provide us with the methods to attain "constant happiness", "bliss" and "higher states of consciousness". The reality is that we are constantly in pursuit of ideas given to us by others. And the pursuit of these goals is what creates the polarization in the human being.Sounds like the pursuit of drug addicted highs. The pursuit of pleasure, and stimulating the pleasure centres in the brain. This has absolutely nothing to do with "higher states of consciousness" Actually, this is not even remotely conscious, pardon the pun. Most of this new age higher consciousness, or this guru, or that, perpetuates sleep. I have met a few so-called new age gurus when i was younger, and from my experience, they were rather dangerous. Wolves in sheeps clothing. They were all Machiavellian. Its all about disassociation, addiction, dependence, and exploitation. The world we are born into is awash in lies, and trying to become conscious in an ocean of lies is no easy task. Thats not even considering the ocean of emotional chemicals, neuro chemicals, and the thought loops running on repeat over these chemical addictions. In my view, becoming conscious, first of all means working with these chemicals, and observing all of the postures that trigger these chemical releases, and observing the thought loops that justify these chemical addictions, and to acknowledge that we all lie to ourselves, everyday, and that we are all selfish. We live in 3D STS world, so we all feed. When one can observe ones selfishness, and lies to oneself, and ones chemical addictions, what one identifies with, how one justifies these addictions, lies and feeding, then one may become conscious. That is, one is in control of their actions, words, and so on, and one acts in total honesty with oneself, at all times, in a fully conscious state. If one finds oneself feeding, acknowledge it, and know why one is feeding. Is it really necessary?? Feedback is different. That is sharing. The difference between internal considering and external considering. STS v STO. Subjectivity v Objectivity. When one practices external considering, one is objectively acknowledging reality. Internal considering, well, one is contracting into self, and delusions. These gurus are even more drunk on chemical addictions than most, i reckon. They are here to teach, when it is expedient to learn. No one can really teach. Only one can learn, (in-tuition). That is the delusion of the guru. I mean the new age types in particular. They are obsessive, and do not like being challenged. They suffer withdrawal symptoms from their drug addictions. In my opinion, human history can be briefly summarized as a lot of chemically drunk people addicted to their drugs, while being exploited by psychopaths for their own ends. I reckon becoming conscious is the most painful experience one will ever know, by far... Many a conscious person has paid with their life throughout history, sometimes because they made the error of challenging A influences, even discreetly. Never a good idea!.
LOL.
