On July 14, Iran and the P5+1 group consisting of Russia, the United States, China, the United Kingdom, France and Germany signed an historic deal to guarantee the peaceful nature of Tehran's nuclear activities in exchange for sanctions relief.
The same day, Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) and the IAEA signed a roadmap agreement for the possible military dimension (PMD) clarification of Iran's past and present nuclear activities. The report on the PMD was demanded by the agreement.

Everyone know Iran is perfectly within their right, as signatory to the NNPT, to develop nuclear technology for peaceful purposes - and they are doing just that. Israel, on the other hand refuses to sign the NNPT, refuses to acknowledge it's nuclear stockpile, refuses to allow IAEA inspectors to monitor its activities and refuses to declare its nuclear arsenal.
