Sass,
Go to the website www.thingiverse.com and do a search on "Prosthetic arm". You will find many different versions of arms that can be printed out on a 3D printer. If you do not have a 3D printer or maker space in your area you can send the file(s) to an online site to have them printed for you. One popular one is called shapeways and can be found at www.shapeways.com.
If you go that route it may get kind of expensive but would still be way cheaper than purchasing a medical prosthetic.
