Hidden camera catches dog partying on the bed he's not allowed on

A dog owner left his pit bull alone and left a camera rolling in the bedroom. Also rolling in the bedroom: The dog. Cue "Yakety Sax."

The dog is apparently "not allowed" on the bed, but good luck with that. Judging from the cat's non-reaction, this happens all the time.

will probably kill her and the cat one day. this seems like passive-aggressive behavior and the owner should let the dumb dog on her bed because the dumb cat gets to, just makes the dog feel left out and confused. but animals are dumb so why bother.

I'd say dumb is subjective but more like opportunists, both my cat and dog would do the same thing with our backs turned and you should see the guilty look on the dogs face when she 'accidentally' eats the bag of cat biscuits- they really cant help it that's why you never can truly trust animals- or people for that matter

I didn't detect any passive-agressive behaviour. The dog seemed happy and enthusiastic, but the cat didn't want the dog come too close.

Rather than passive-aggressive, this is dominance behavior. The dog rolls to leave his scent and to mix his scent with that of his 'mate', which would be his owner. Who happens to be female, and I'm assuming, single.

To say that this dog will kill its owner and the cat is absolutely ridiculous.

To say that animals are stupid is even more ridiculous. Just because an animal can't use a cell phone or cook dinner does not make it stupid.

Animals have a different type of intelligence than humans. Some would say that they are smarter than people in the ways of survival and self awareness.

Do not believe that because we have what we consider to be advanced skills amongst the animal kingdom that we are any better than the animals that surround us.

We can learn a lot from observing animal behavior. Some animals in particular amaze us on a daily basis. Do not discount the 'lesser' creatures on this planet because of prejudice or an incomplete understanding of their natures.
