He was OFF DUTY on his LUNCH BREAK and they can dictate to him what he can do then?
That's why we need more unions, to stand up for workers rights, which in turn helps human rights.
Walmart is a soulless machine, a psychopath in essence as described in the movie "The Corporation".
Unions only add to the mix. Sad to hear such stories. How do you check if this story even happened? This is what I would do first. So many lies told and made up stories.
I say to the guy that supposedly was fired for helping defend a customer in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart; tell the dang truth. He should have been praised not fired.
