7 jesuit priests from Germany-lived in Japan-they were at the epicenter of the Nuclear blast at Hiroshima. Nothing happened to them-no effect whatsoever. They have been studied by scientists, they said they lived the message of Fatima, and that is why they were spared. Science is a crock. Science is man's downfall, Mary has said over and over-satan is behind all science. If you have evolved a loving soul-it is immortal-nothing can kill it. If you have no soul-no ability to love-you are a sociopath, then it just happens to be time for God to cleanse the earth of such as you. The earth will be cleansed of all evil. Trust in God.

Bullshit. Since you believe in God, surely you've heard the old saying, "God helps those who help themselves."

If the story is true, those Jesuit priests at Hiroshima most likely did not survive and retain their health by faith alone. Instead, they very probably had luck - first by not being outside in the immediate blast zone, second by not going outdoors into the fallout plume for days immediately afterwards, third by staying mostly indoors for weeks, months and even years, and fourth by maintaining a good, healthy diet including seaweed and fish from upwind, more pork and chicken than beef, plus washed and boiled vegetables, and lots of green tea.

They might have prayed, given their vocation, and meditated, even exercised. Those things might have helped too, but it wasn't just a matter of their faith. The scourge of nuclear radiation respects none.

uhh,, I don't quite follow your logic

While I do believe in miracles (still being here for one), and maybe by some genetic mutation perhaps it is possible to not be susceptible to radiation, but a half life of 4.5 billion years on DU.. are we stretching things with some ready made version of what we are or not to believe based on your tossing out science? I believe there is a middle ground, but your 'version, ' to me, doesn't quite appeal to simple logic.

Here are two examples: Dead guys, rigamortified after three days can fly off into the sky? Also, virgins having babies? I know there has been info on sharks so maybe it is possible.. but lets get back to the part of the story about question one. There has to be some twist. I do believe there was a Christ guy, but I think there is something twisted in the control system that is religion.

Blind faith is just that.

Do you realize the implication of what she is saying? Over the period of a number of years, our bodies could become useless to us as vessels through which we can experience the game of life. If we don't work hard to teach the ways of bodiless existence, a lot of people could become extremely upset. Assuming her prediction comes true, it is likely that billions will experience the terrorism of this act, even if we do work diligently to help them.

There are those putting forward the idea that we are being protected by higher powers. I hope to heck we are! But I'm not going to count on that hope. There are methods whereby spiritual freedom can be achieved. It is time to apply them broadly!
