Description: My wife and daughter saw a Round object hovering in the sky. She stated that it was not a Plane or Helicopter, and that it started to spin very fast then stop. It did this process 3 times. It also moved from below to above a cloud very quickly. After about two minutes it moved away very fast then vanished.
