Weather Conditions: Clear skies full moon.

Description: While stop at an intersection viewed several lights light up slowly in the north west direction just above the the tree line approx. 400 ft away.

The lights were almost the same color of city street lights but a lot bigger compared to them.. they lasted approx. 5 seconds then they turn off in a slow dim way.. in order from right to left one by one.
