Weather Conditions: Fair, not windy.

Description: This is the second sighting I have seen in a month, the first time there was just 1 "Bright Orange" glow in the sky, this time there were 3, I have looked at the UFO Balloon video on your site, but given the condition I don't think it was windy enough to move them so fast.

It so happened there was a plane moving in the other direction and they moved at roughly the same speed, they moved from the south then changed direction to go East following the same route, would balloons do that? Maybe if the wind was changing. Anyway I'm not a ufo boff, just thought it was worth reporting.
