A new report just in of a UFO over Lake Havasu, Arizona, after a regional salesman visiting the area April 1, 2009, said he witnessed a "massive, dark, triangular" object pass overhead.

Reached by telephone April 21, the man said the object came from behind him, and he first saw the UFO directly overhead - and then watched as it very slowly moved over Lake Havasu.

If you held your hand out at arm's length, he said the size of the object would be between "two to three times the size" of the palm of your hand.

"It didn't move too rapidly," he said. "It seemed to take forever to move over the lake." He watched the object move for about 10 minutes before it went out of sight.

UFOs over Lake Havasu were previously reported on March 18, 2009, in a story - Military jets chase UFO over AZ town. In that case, a boomerang or triangular-shaped craft 300 feet in the air made four passes over this town beginning at 7 p.m. while "fighter jets" followed in formation, according to a witness report filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The following is his unedited written statement of what occurred that night. The witness promised to enter the information soon into the MUFON database.

"I travel throughout the southwest for my job as a sales rep and visit Lake Havasu every 6-8 weeks. Havasu usually follows 3 long days in Vegas and when I arrive in town my schedule is usually check in to my room, grab dinner and head out for a walk by the lake and a little downtime.

"I drove down to the lakeside around 10pm on Wednesday April 1st (yes, I know, but I promise this is true,) and went for a stroll around a small bay, stopping to enjoy the peace and quiet that is such a stark contrast to Vegas.

"Around 11pm I saw a massive dark triangular object pass overhead. It had some orange/amber lights on the rear and a red light on the left "triangle tip."

"I know this has been mentioned in other reports on the web - I thought it odd partly because I kept looking for a green light on the right or starboard side (thinking it might be an airplane making a turn) but even though the object altered course slightly I never saw the green light; or a right wing for that matter.

"A few minutes later I did hear the sound of fast jets in the area but could not see them - the object itself was really quiet but not exactly silent as I recall. I actually sat down on the beach and watched the object for about 10 minutes as it moved due west into the distance.

"Being somewhat weirded out by what I saw I lingered a few moments longer and decided this might be a good time for a cigarette and thought to myself I should not speak of this to anyone for fear of being called a nutcase."
