Full Description of Event/Sighting: I saw a round/disk shaped object in between the trees approximately 8:30 pm on April 2, 09. It had a solid row of small lights that were white with a couple of red lights as well and they were flashing. At first I thought it was a plane but then realized it was not moving. If it was moving, I would have been able to see it blinking out as it passed behind my view of the trees. I watched it for about 3 minutes and then it just went out completely. About a minute later, I saw it reappear adjacent to the first location. Again, it was just hovering.

This time, it only stayed on for about 20 seconds. Then it just went out again. It didn't move, it just went out. I never did see it move and both times I was facing North.
