Description: I was at work Wednesday night 2/11/2009. About 0400 Thursday morning I stepped outside with a friend for a short smoke break. We looked up into the sky to see if the weather was clear or cloudy. It was partly cloudy, and as we looked up, we observed a bright light high up in the sky. As we were looking up, the object moved rapidly to the west. Then it abruptly stopped, and moved back to the east near it's starting point. From there it bobbled up and down for awhile before we lost sight of it behind cloud cover.

There was no noise, but the object was very high. At first, we thought it was a star, but when it moved like it did we knew it wasn't. We were almost in disbelief asking each other if we both witnessed the same thing.
