Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was walking my dog when I noticed overhead a fast, extremely low moving bright white light. It was just a matter of feet from the roof top of a home. This strange light was moving northward. There was no sound of any motor what so ever.

The white light was so pure and brilliant. Shoots of this light were coming from the sides of the object which made it unclear as to the actual shape.
