"Four 65-milligram tablets will be provided to each adult. Smaller doses will be given to children based on their age."
That has to be wrong.
A study of iodine/iodine dosing seen at this [Link] indicates that doses in the range of 1 to 10mg/day are perfectly acceptable, with a dose of 5-ish mg
Assuming that 4 x 65mg = 240mgm is in fact an intended daily dose, it would seem that perhaps a fact check is in order.
"Iodoral" is an excellent, inexpensive and readily available product that provides 12.5mg tablets, scored for easy cutting in two. Daily cost is -about- $0.15
