Given the motion of the moon and cloud cover, it appears to be time-lapse. Other than apparent speed, there is nothing extraordinary-looking about the flight trajectory or landing-lights.
What IS odd is that the promoter of the footage stammers a bit around his own mention of the term "time-lapse" and he diminishes the female anchor's observation of the fast motion of the moon, which is a dead giveaway.
