Reminds me of something I saw over Southern California around 1999. I heard subsequently that it was a missile from Vandenburg AFB. It left a noctilucent trail, with color, form and motion like what is shown here.

The blue glow at the horizon suggests the time is close to a sunset or sunrise, in which case sunlight could be available to light up the trail. That was the case during my sighting, at any rate.

Subjectively speaking, it was one of the most spectacular things I've ever seen in the night sky.

I suppose you know the Russians are experimenting with anti-gravity propulsion systems as well. Why on earth would an actual U.F.O. accelerate at such a high speed ? Notice the front side.It's a flat turbine intake. The Russians had replaced regular propellers in their subs with that kind of intakes only that they were vertical not horizontal. They 're doing the same now on the air. Plus one more thing...The chaotic thing has come. And it's not from space.
