My first reaction to watching both of the above videos was that the cloudlike formation hanging in the air, was very similar to the cloudlike comets I had witnessed in a dream last night (shared in the forum), with the difference that the ones I had dreamed were larger, more pronounced and actually touched down.

I don't believe this is anything falling from space as it is too slow.

a long time to fake this on computer, i think. Real phenomena always have this subtle speed as they pulse and 'breath'. Fakers always go for spectacular, do no boring pulse lights as these.

It looks like a density barrier breach/thinning or a pulsating aurora came to mind as resemblance. I vouch for atmospheric energetic/dimensional source.
