I wasn't overly impressed with Ventura's TV show, but he certainly pokes a sharp stick in some hornet's nests in this interview.
That one thing about Prauty and the countries scared by the "elites" into agreeing to all fight in the third-world piqued my interest. Like 1984.
They all agreed that by keeping warzones within the poorest countries, they could kill two birds with one stone: maintain population control by periodically culling the herd (you could debate whether that worked at all... or backfired even?) and get extremely rich together in the process.

SOTT.net thinks that Cenk Uygur hit the nail on the head when he refers to a system of control in which unseen forces throughout history have "self-selected" those without conscience into positions of power.
