Witness Statement: I was walking with my girlfriend past Tower Bridge London doing the usual touristy things where I noticed what I thought was a fast moving low flying plane. I pointed it out to her and she followed my finger across the sky, after a few seconds it completely changed direction and shot away. We literally stood there and couldn't believe what we had just witnessed. I am hoping that other people in the London area on the 05/12/09 around this area saw something.

It looked like a fast moving plane if I"m honest but was completely silent about 200-300 foot above Tower Bridge and then completely changed direction and shot upwards it looked an impossible maneuver.

I have never so much as been on a ufo forum and know nothing about the subject so any help reporting this to the necessary authorities would be greatly appreciated too.
