The appended 'comment' on this article hits the nail on the head with the question about the asteroid explosion over Indonesia. Yes indeed, the hidden manipulators don't want the US public to know about the increasing frequency of asteroid impacts, or of strong earthquakes (>5 on Richter scale)... so they simply give the command to their captive media organs, and presto, no story. For most Americans, if their TV news doesn't tell them, then it doesn't exist.
The 2 stories are, in fact, and ominously, connected (as implied in the question. The phenomena are consistent with the theory, propounded by some advocates, that a rogue planet-- 'X' or Nibiru-- is in our sector of the solar system, and is creating stresses on the Earth's crust. Planet X is said to be accompanied by a horde of small, orbiting rocks... that are increasingly drawn into our gravitational field, and seen as 'fireballs,' asteroids, etc.
Prepare yourself for much worse to come!

Later, the USGS issued this: This begs the question, what was it that registered 6.0 magnitude, felt over a wide area and then suddenly didn't happen?
