Saturday September 26 2009: Three undercover officers attempt to infiltrate a March Against Police Brutality at the University of Pittsburgh, but fail miserably due to their horrendous disguise attempts. During the march, one of them breaks a photographer's camera. This is just one example of a larger pattern of attempts to silence the media during the G20 protests.

My experience of this, I remember very clearly that the Gothenburg Sweden, 2001 version of this had its share of black clothed "anarchists" that used walkie-talkies and spoke German and English. I found it odd at that time. I guess it could be argued that they were so passionate about protesting that they flew in, but seeing how they were (almost) the only ones who did the spectacular damage, ie. broke windows, lit a huge fire in the middle of the city, broke McDonalds stuff and so on I have to wonder.
They were the reason they put up 200 containers to block of the city and the day after they attacked all "normal" protesters with what can only be described as overkill-violence.
But if this continues, it sure will be.
Where did these undercover 'protesters' get those masks? No one else was wearing them. I agree, lousy disguise and they looked like they just walked out of the gym as well. Lousy training from the looks of it. All the real protestors need is a little awareness, which can go a long way.

reality of anti-government demonstrations. Ordinary people generally do not turn to violence easily, yet pathologicals do. As a general rule, governments seed demonstrations with agents who act violently so that police and authorities can then criminalize ALL protestors so that their greivances can be deligitimized.
