Fredericksburg, Texas - 4/21/2009

Sighting reports are especially intriguing when received from a witness experienced in recognizing conventional aircraft, flight patterns, atmospheric conditions, etc. The following report was filed by a retired air traffic controller living in Texas. The witness was driving north on Highway 16, ten miles south of Fredericksburg, Texas. Westbound en route aircraft at cruising altitude, with contrail, was observed at 12 o'clock high, with an extremely bright object spotted approximately the same azimuth as the aircraft, at 10 o'clock. At first the witness thought it might be sunlight reflecting from another aircraft. The altitude of the object was much lower than the enroute aircraft, in addition to being much brighter, and stationary. The witness was able to begin to make out the shape and detail of the object as it became brighter, and described a vertical cylinder, with cone-shaped ends. The object was initially shiny silver in color, before becoming an increasingly brighter white, and somewhat yellowish, until he was no longer able to make out the shape of the object. The event lasted for approximately three minutes.

Sacramento, California - 4/22/2009

A triangular-shaped object was observed in the sky over Sacramento. Three lights in a fixed triangle flew directly overhead. The lights were huge, much larger than conventional aircraft, and were not blinking. There was a wavy haze under the triangle as it traveled extremely fast, in a northerly direction.

Phoenix, Arizona - 4/21/2009

A bright light was observed spinning, and flashing blue, white, and orange-red lights. The object also appeared to move in many directions, but seemed to maintain a course from east-northeast to west-southwest. The witness also noticed that when a conventional aircraft came near the object, a beam of light was emitted from the object towards the aircraft. The object moved slowly until finally disappearing from sight. What amazed the witness were the constant erratic movements - up and down, side-to-side, sometimes slow, and sometimes quick.

Albuquerque, New Mexico - 4/21/2009

Witness reported seeing an intensely bright object, shaped like a tear drop on its side. The object had a solid, distinct tail, and appeared to be all one piece. The object was traveling low in the sky, and had a red "aura" around its curved front. The object traveled very quickly across the sky, moving from west to east, before it flashed a bright blue, then completely vanished.

Two reports of pulsating lights from Washington state - 4/20/2009

Yakima County - Shortly after 10:00 p.m., the witness observed a light to the west that pulsated red, blue, green, yellow and white. The light remained stationary, except for slight movements to the left and right, before moving in a counter-clockwise circular motion. The object also appeared to emit a beam of light.

Seattle - At approximately 10:15 p.m., the witness observed strange lights pulsating red and blue, with a steady white light. The object appeared to be stationary. After viewing the object for several minutes, the witness went inside to get a pair of binoculars. While watching the lights through binoculars, two other small lights appeared. The two new lights were close together, but at a right angle to the first set of lights. These lights pulsated back and forth, and seemed to be much further away.
