It has been reported that The Chief Executive Officer of State Bank, Chaitlall Gunness, has been killed in the terrorist attacks of hotel Taj in Mumbai.
Missing since Wednesday, his body was discovered on Saturday morning after the battle raging between the Indian commandos and the terrorists ended. Reports that 9 of the terrorists have been killed and 1 has been captured.
Gunness, aged 57 was on mission for the State Bank. He was accompanied by his wife, Amrita. The latter left the hotel to make a call to Mauritius on Wednesday night when the terrorists attacked the hotel.
The dead body of Chaitlall Gunness has been formally identified by his wife.
More than a hundred people, including 20 foreigners, have been killed, and at least three hundred injured in these attacks.
