An investigation is underway into a helicopter crash in north Queensland.
The chopper spun out of control and came down off Townsville's Marina this morning.
The pilot and three passengers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Tom Hatrick from the Townsville Game Fishing Club says a professional cameraman was onboard filming a major fishing tournament.
"Yeah it's just one of those unfortunate things and fortunately no-one was hurt," he said.
"There was a guy from WIN television and a stills photographer and fortunately they all got pulled from the wreckage cause there were a number of boats close by."
