Coconino County Sheriff's Office deputies found out about Donald Leacock, 51, when a 14-year-old girl called them to help her move out of his home in late February.

She told deputies that Leacock had fondled her and had taken nude photographs of her and other under-age girls in the home.
According to a CCSO report, Leacock would also post nude pictures of the girl on the Internet to meet other men. The men would have sex with the 14-year-old victim.
Investigations revealed that the nude pictures of the girl were taken as early as 13-years-old and included sexual activity. Witnesses also told investigators that Leacock was sexually active with the girl as early as 12-years-old.
Occupants of the home allegedly participated in master/slave relationships, with Leacock acting as the master to female slaves, according evidence found by detectives.
Sheriff's Office detectives served search warrants in Ash Fork and Phoenix, seizing more than 10 personal computers and laptops and media storage devices. Detectives found photos and movies of suspected child pornography, according to the report.
Leacock moved to Ash Fork from the Phoenix area in September 2006. He and his ex-wife lived in a Phoenix home along with a 14-year-old female whom he later married.
The suspect is in the Coconino County Detention Facility awaiting trial charge with 24 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Minor.
Since most of these counts are alleged as Dangerous Crimes against Children, the sentencing range for each count would be 10 to 24 years and would have to run consecutively.
Detectives from the Sheriff's Office are continuing the investigation to identify other victims and witnesses and to also identify and arrest other possible suspects as well.
This case is set for trial on August 5, 2008.
