In my case Im blessed. Eventho I live in a basement flat my situation is safe and dry (dry as possible that is). Theres 85% humidity in air in meh flat... me and my cat overlord feel kinda soggy
Also to mention that recently Belgrade had the problem of few floods too. And it was said that it could also be intentional. Building sites in the center of town were purposefuly neglected ... and the money for new and better infrastructure stolen.
Good A!!
Checking with a rain monitoring service we have, on 4/29/2014 Milton got, in one day, 18.91" (480 mm) of rain.
On 6/9/2012, Pensacola got 21.7" / 551.8mm.
Wet.
Then again, there's always wetter:
The biggest rainfall in a day occurred with the passage of Cyclone Denise in Foc-Foc, La Rรฉunion, an island in the southern Indian Ocean. Some 1.825 meters (71.8 inches) of rain fell over 24 hours, from January 7 to 8, 1966.
The official site says we had 14.2 mm of rain in last 24h in the center of town. And on the outskirts just 4mm ... My Mom lives in western suburbs and her neigborhood didnt have rain at all... just very strong winds.
