A calf born with two-heads on a ranch Antalya in Turkey's west shocked onlookers who had never encountered such a birth in over 10 years of animal rearing.

Thirty-eight-year-old farmer Fatma Öncel, a mother of three, was left scratching her head when she arrived on the farm in the morning to feed her cattle, and realized a cow had gone into labor.

"I've never seen such a thing before"

Öncel, who had previously delivered countless calves, said that when she inspected the pregnant animal she realized that her water had broken, but that there was no calf.

Following the tough birth, Öncel realized that the stillborn calf had two heads. The veterinary put the cow on painkillers upon the farmer's request.

"Usually I calve animals on the farm myself, but this time I called for the veterinarian. It was obvious that it was not an ordinary birth. I helped deliver it together with the vet. The calf didn't come. We finally managed to get it out. I have been doing this for years, but I've never seen such a thing before. I get twin calves, but I had none that looked like this one. The calf had one body and two heads. It was a stillborn. It's God's will."
