Plasma-like UFO caught on camera over Tyumen, Russia

Very close observation of UFO. We watched the sky, when suddenly a dark object materialized, which emitted a bright light, the glow was like a white plasma. Then the plasma glow began to fade away, the UFO approached even closer and sharply increased in size. The object had a spherical or oval shape when it was closest. The UFO was flying very low, below the clouds, perhaps only 200 meters above the ground.

2017 August 19 at 20:41 Tyumen time, over the city at an altitude of about 200 meters 2 km from us from a flash of light a bright fireball appeared. The UFO was approaching us from the southwest, it was possible to see that behind the glow of the bright white plasma is hidden an object of dark color absorbing light that does not reflect the bright plasma on its surface.

Then the plasma enveloped the whole object, became brighter and in a short time faded away, there were only plasma gusts at the bottom of the object, as from the nozzle of rocket engines. While small plasma streams seemed to rotate, stabilizing the object in the air according to all the laws of gravity and aerodynamics, an oval small silhouette in an upright position began to appear. When the UFO was almost above us, the plasma streams dried up and the object materialized, began to increase in size. Increasingly, the UFO acquired the shape of a large sphere or oval, three times more than it was 10 seconds ago.
