I hate war in any shape or form, I think, that in this world, in another millennium of a new century, that there would be hope that the world would have a reached a point where diplomacy was considered an advantage over conflict and war. Seems that is not to be the case.
Instead what do we have, war hungry hawks, hawks in the sense that they care nothing about the populations of the world, they will swoop down and gather them up as there prey.
I would like to see a world where military might was scorned upon, when the monies used to finance such acts of destruction were considered a criminal act against humanity.
Unfortunately, I doubt it will be a reality for me, but I do hope that it will be a reality for a vibrant young population, that will see a future that is full of hope.
